Enclave Suites, a Sky Hotel and Resort

The Enclave Hotel & Suites is very outdated. All the cabinets were very old and broken. The dishwasher door was broken and it was leaking water when in use. The bathrooms were very uncomfortable and one of them very tiny. The service horible. The rugs very dirty. The only good thing this hotel has is the location, right of International Drive. Other than that this hotel is not worth the money.

Honestly, I had to buy air freshner for the room. Then there were bugs in the room, which made it hard for me to sleep. Not to mention the odor. The bed was comfortable and I had a decent view, but the parking lot was ridiculous and different areas of the parking lot were closed on each day, so I could never remember where I parked. I would NEVER stay there again....ever!

I made the reservations because I liked the fact it had an indoor pool with a hot tub, open 24 hours and that it had a bus to take us to universal. I dont drive well at night due to poor vision.I was not able to use the bus due to hotel misinformation.The bus is only complimentary if you book a boarding pass way in advance, this is not disclosed to you at check in nor at the desk to get your parking pass.i even asked if i needed a pass and was told no at time of check in. They only have a certain amount of tickets, not for everyone. It cost 20$ round trip to use the hotel van to go to universal.parking your own car at universal is 12$ and its only 1 mile down the road.Vera,the manager,was totally non helpful even though it was the hotels fault as to why I did not get the pass.Because of her I will never recommend this hotel. The in door hot tub was dirty and so was the indoor pool.They could not find the room safe key and waiting for it was why I did not get a bus pass, they ran out while I was a half hour in my room waiting for someone to deliver the key. It was getting late, had to get bus pass. I ended up driving myself to universal. Got lost coming back. and when I returned there was the safe key. What good it did me I do not know.Thanks Vera, if it wasn't for your poor attidue that matched your poor service I wouldnt have found a great hotel down the street. Think twice before you book here.

The hotel looks nice from the outside but our room was dirty and worn on the inside. We could not walk in the room barefoot. Some cabinetes were screwed shut or remained opened because they were broken. It was nice that they provide dishwaser soap and dish towel but should also provide dish soap and a dish rags. What a waste of water for 4 dishes. The master bath has tiny shower. Housekeeping did not leave toilet paper or extra soap (I had to ask for it) and things were left on the floor from the last guests including the sticky mess on the kitchen counter. The walls are thin as I heard every voice very clearly. The pool was cold, and one of the pools was closed at 1:00p.m for cleaning. Breakfast buffet is o.k. seem to run out of food. They need to keep up with the messes left by others. The central location of hotel was good. I will not stay here again.

We arrived had midnight but called to confirm that we are coming late & asked them to reserve us our suite which was prepaid for (2 bedroom non-smoking).Initially they sent us to a smoker room than they told us they can not give us the suite they were committed to. The rooms were spacious but poorly maintained. The biggest disaster was their breakfast buffet that had nothing there (2 out of 3 days they had no fruits at all and on the 3rd day they had some melon that lasted for 5 minutes (than we had to beg for melon 3 times until some rude and abusive employeee named [...] called the supervisor who brought some melon. The front desk people were helpful and kind (especially [...]) The free internet service worked well. Allover the place is in poor condition and is not a breat vacation experience unless you have many kids & need space for them. All rooms come with a large refrigirator, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker and so if cooking in-room is your plan these suites may fit your needs.

I believe it is safe to say this was my worse hotel I ever booked. For starters my stay was during the FAMU/B-CU Florida Classic. This is a huge event in Orlando, FL. Listed below were my problems: 1. When I arrived there were only two people working the front desk, yet there were (8) people waiting in line to be helped. 2. When we finally walked inside the building where our room was (Building 100)there was a stench out along the hallway and we ordered a smoke free room, yet the room smelt of cigarettes. 3. When we complained (again had to wait in a long line), our room was changed to another floor in the same building, yet we were given access to an occupied room. Thank God the people weren't there and we weren't thieves because their belongings were in the room. 4. When we returned again to complain about the hotel booking us in an occupied room, then they eventually placed us in a suite and we were exhausted and beat from the multiple room swaps. The suite was nice, but our overall stay was not the very best. For what we paid it wasn't worth it. The following night we stayed in Hampton Inn (Lake Mary, FL) and the room was excellent and the price much cheaper.

I refused to allow my grand children to even take their shoes off. The bathroom was used in my room and one room had a Murphy bed. We could not stay at this hotel.

The hotel was clean but a bit worn around the edges. Its Motel 6 quality so don't let the website and pictures fool you. We had a two bedroom suite that was suppose to have two televisions but there was only one. Lighting was poor and seating was basically non-existent. This is not a hotel. It's a condo which is conveyed on the website. So it all depends on the unit/owner you end up renting from. Management does not do a good job with making sure there are basics across all rooms. The redeeming value of the stay was the exceptional, pleasant staff. Management should step up to the plate and try to equal the customer survey level of their staff.
