Enclave Suites, a Sky Hotel and Resort

Family of four with two teens upgraded to a 2BR/2Bath suite. Loved having an extra bathroom (no matter how small) but the beds were uncomfortable with old sheets and pillows. Too many people grazing all morning long at the free grab n go breakfast (seriously, filling up on plates of bread and loading up on doughnuts). Go for the hot buffet at $3.99 and sit in the back with the owners and Enrique who will make you an omelette. Very international hotel with many languages spoken. Nice outdoor pools but we stayed away from the indoor pool for fear of Legionnairre's Disease. I would only recommend this to a friend if they read all the warnings.

We were at parks all day and got to the hotel at 8 p.m. Check in was at 3 p.m. so I went to the check in counter and was told they had no reservation. I told them I went through a travel site and she called the travel site and they apparently said they did not call the hotel yet. I waited 40 minutes to check in and had two restless kids in the van. Paying over 130.00 for a hotel and not being able to checking right away is bogus. The bathroom had bugs which made us sleep with one eye open. My wife was mad and we had our own room and wanted some alone time and she would have none of that because of the bug problem. Do not I repeat do not stay here. What a dump. Not worth the money. I go to orlando frequently and will never stay here again. We waited to get home to shower because that was not even clean. It's a shame I had to spend that much money and get that little quality. Rooms are 1 star quality as well as housekeeping. I deserve a full refund but I won't hold my breathe.

The room didn't blow us away but for the price we paid it was quite spacious and the kitchen area was a nice bonus. The location is probably the main appeal for this place as it is a short walk over to International drive. The hotel is also very close to Universal. The hotel staff was very helpful especially Brandy at reception. We were bumped from another hotel and arrived late in the evening to the Enclave. She was very helpful and really helped get us into our room after a very long day of travel and dealing with a last minute change to our reservation.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The area was nice, right next to several restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were ok. It was nice to have a kitchenette but they could use a some updating. They were clean. The pools and hot tubs were just awesome!

You get what you pay for! It was cheaper than the other hotels in the area, and still near enough to everything.

The Staff at enclave where the best, from the front desk to the sweet and friendly young lady who sold us our universal meal plans daily. everyone was very pleasent. the room was a bit on the dated side but it was clean and tidy. We had fresh towels delivered immediatley when needed. Location is outstanding close to everything. Will stay again.

We had a great week stay. Loved the location because it was convenient to everything like food, shopping, etc. We did not want to rent a car so we were able to use the trolley very easily to get to everything we wanted. Loved the pools at the hotel and having a suite with a balcony. We would definitely stay again!!

If you want a good deal near most popular activities and highways, this is your best bet. Everyone on the staff was extremely pleasant, eager to make the stay enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The location of this hotel is great. I complained of blood on the door of the bathroom and the front desk clerk said there was nothing they could do about it. Never even offered to send the maid service up or to make a room change. Some of the staff were incredilbly nice others were very bad. Overall I spoke to the people at our convention and they stated they would not stay at the Enclave again. The hospitality driver was the best!

Hotel is ok, but the cleaness of the room is BAD, the sheet smelled like the were from 19throway, the towells the same. Old hotel, if you just getting something to sleep at nite, is ok. Other than that have to pay for breakfast, rooms are dirty, pools need cleaning and so on. People around the hotel very polite and helpfull.
