Embassy Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

Very pleased. Will definetly return. More than what I was expecting.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the shuttle service. We were very disappointed with the service. Shuttle would arrive late, then make numerous stops on the way to Disney parks. We planned to be at the parks in time to open each day, but due to the long shuttle ride (due to other hotel stops and late arrivals) we arrived at the parks after the lines were long. The last two days we were there, we ended up driving our rental car to the parks because of the poor shuttle service. Some days the shuttle driver would not even have the courtesy to tell us which park he was taking us to.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! They serve a full free breakfast every morning (eggs, omelets, bacon, and more) and they even had a "social gathering" time in the afternoon with free soda or alcoholic drinks! There was an indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna, a hot tub and gym facility. The rooms where big and clean and very comfortable. My only complaint with this hotel was the shuttle service to Disney world and lack of shuttle to airport. The shuttle to Disney was late and unprepared for the quantity of people so we ended up having to rent a car. Other than that it was a perfect experience and I would certainly go back.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista was very pleasant. The location is fantastic. Universal Studios, Seaworld, Disney World are all within a 15 minute drive. There are also many restaurants close by. It is less than a 30 minute drive from the airport. The hotel was clean and well kept up. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The only negative was that housekeeping left a different set of towels each day. We had four people in the suite and two days we only had three bath towels. One day we only had one hand towel and another day we had no hand towels. They promptly delivered towels when we called the front desk. As with all Embassy Suites, there is a free manager's reception each evening and free breakfast each morning. The breakfast selection was very good as was the quality. This is a very nice feature and one of the reasons we try to stay at Embassy Suites. I will stay at this hotel again when in the Orlando area.

This hotel should be described as a bang for your buck hotel. Free full breakfast and two hour happy hour at night included. BUT we had a room that was right on I 4 and very noisy. The room is dated but clean. I would not stay here again as the above amenities are not a priority. Hotel location and comfort are more important.

We only had one day to stay, but we really enjoyed the room. It was very spacious and had everything that we needed. We went to eat at the Boston Lobster Feast, which was great and then went to City Walk to see a movie. We could not ask for more! Will stay again anytime we get to Orlando and hopefully be able to stay longer.

upon arrival check in was smooth and easy. we had one of the bigger rooms overlooking the pool. the room felt upscale but with a bit of wear to it.(dissapointed that one of the dresser had microscopic looking ants). it was also nice having a refrigirator and microawave to prep baby bottles.having 2 kids(1&4) it was great that the hotel offered complimentary hot breakfast. the pool was great, and they showed a movie outside by the pool on a projection screen. great location near all the restaurant and disney attractions. i would stay there again....

we were in Orlando for a girls only weekend. 3 of us in the suite. Plenty of space, room very clean and comfortable. Nice pool, great hot breakfast and evening managers reception with free drinks and snacks. Parking free - could use a few more spaces. Attractive hotel, but the best feature is the staff! From checkin to checkout they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Great locations to all the Disney Parks, as well as Seaworld. Close to many restaurants, and Orlando-area outlet malls. Nice, spacious room, with complementary hot breakfast. Great overall stay.

We traveled to Disney World and stayed for a week. Upon checking in the front desk worker was not very helpful and frankly rude. Towels were not replaced until I called down to the desk to request more (over 24 hrs). The shower did not drain and it took the maintenance worker two tries to fix it. Given these issues, there was no apology issued, and no credit given to my account. The room was satisfactory other than above issues. It is placed in a convenient location, but I would not stay in this hotel again. Compared to the Disney resorts I have stayed in over a 10 year period I would choose them 100% of the time based on this experience. Their service is second to none. The rooms are more clean and they are better hotels than this hotel. Internet costing money is also a huge nuisance and should be reconsidered!
