Good for the price

Clean, modern rooms (a little "used" but decently maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen, bath, and sleeping area were in pretty good condition. Aside from an iron and ironing board and a few basic kitchen items, there were no amenities. Bring a hair dryer, paper towels and napkins, dish soap, shampoo, etc. Wireless internet is a flat $4.99 for the duration of your stay. It's a bit slow, but it works. Great deal for the money, and close to Winter Park / Altamonte Springs.

A nice place to stay!

My hotel stay made this trip very pleasant. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the price was excellent. The only downside is that the office staff is only their to 11:oopm, meaning wary travelers could be left out in the cold. Also, they are located next to an Extended Stay Plus and telling the difference between the two hotels is difficult.
