Not great
Lots of late night noise - pool patrons till 12, ice machine(?) going at 12 or 1 am, greeted with a cockroach the next morning Staff were polite and nice though

horrible
My experience was terrible. First theyn put us in a smoking room (not what I requested)and there were questionable characters walking around the hotel. Then they put us in a room that had no working lamps, all the drains were clogged, so when we showered the tub would fill up. The bed linens had cigarette holes in them.

Because we booked with orbitz, they said we didn't get the free breakfast as advertized, Dirty room, unfriendly staff, smoking room no ash trays,

Not clean at all, Not everything worked
I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Was very noisy, sink & bathtub clogged when we used them, room smelled really bad & was always humid with a/c on, spiders were found & roaches, room looked very runned down & trashy. Please do not book this hotel. Only thing good about it was the location to Universal Studios THAT'S IT...

Disappointed Debbie!!
WHAT A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!!!
What an awful experience we had! The location was ok. That is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. First, we had requested a smoking room and when we arrived they gave us non smoking. We were told there were no smoking rooms left. They found us a room in another building. Once we switched rooms we were unable to get in. The keys would not work. We had to drive back over to the main office building again. Once we got the keys straightened out we were in the room which was not very clean at all. The fixtures in the bathroom were coming out of the wall, the curtain rods were falling off, the blankets were stained, the hairdryer sparked at me when I tried to use it. It was basically falling apart. And as far as free internet and extended cable with HBO...ha what a joke. You have to move all over your room for 20 minutes before you can get an internet signal and it goes out in two minutes. All of the channels were fuzzy on the TV. We only got about 5 channels. We will never recommend nor stay at this hotel EVER again!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

You get what you pay for
The rooms were dirty, bed were horrible, and half the room was crawling with ants. I asked a staff member and they said all the rooms had them. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights.

Horrible + Filthy! DO NOT STAY HERE!
The Hotel was very run down, The onsite restaurant had horrible food. The Pool was unclean and had a slimy feel to it. The grounds were very unkept. The room itself was very outdated. The carpet was filthy we had to wear our shoes because if you walked on it with white socks or bare feet they would turn black from the dirty rug. The beds smelled bad and had stained sheets. The bathroom had broken tiles and toilet wobbled, the bathtub was filthy. The air conditioner smelt bad when on. The entire trip we tryed to spend as little time as possible in the room. Some other guests had problems with bed bugs, and i noticed half of the rooms were all getting new beds. luckily our room did not have that problem!

Short drive from hotel
I would definately reccomend going to discovery cove! it was a great relaxing day there. I got to swim with the dolphins and spend the rest of the day relaxing in the lazy river! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
