Disappointed Debbie!!
WHAT A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!!!
What an awful experience we had! The location was ok. That is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. First, we had requested a smoking room and when we arrived they gave us non smoking. We were told there were no smoking rooms left. They found us a room in another building. Once we switched rooms we were unable to get in. The keys would not work. We had to drive back over to the main office building again. Once we got the keys straightened out we were in the room which was not very clean at all. The fixtures in the bathroom were coming out of the wall, the curtain rods were falling off, the blankets were stained, the hairdryer sparked at me when I tried to use it. It was basically falling apart. And as far as free internet and extended cable with HBO...ha what a joke. You have to move all over your room for 20 minutes before you can get an internet signal and it goes out in two minutes. All of the channels were fuzzy on the TV. We only got about 5 channels. We will never recommend nor stay at this hotel EVER again!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

You get what you pay for
The rooms were dirty, bed were horrible, and half the room was crawling with ants. I asked a staff member and they said all the rooms had them. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights.

Horrible + Filthy! DO NOT STAY HERE!
The Hotel was very run down, The onsite restaurant had horrible food. The Pool was unclean and had a slimy feel to it. The grounds were very unkept. The room itself was very outdated. The carpet was filthy we had to wear our shoes because if you walked on it with white socks or bare feet they would turn black from the dirty rug. The beds smelled bad and had stained sheets. The bathroom had broken tiles and toilet wobbled, the bathtub was filthy. The air conditioner smelt bad when on. The entire trip we tryed to spend as little time as possible in the room. Some other guests had problems with bed bugs, and i noticed half of the rooms were all getting new beds. luckily our room did not have that problem!

I would definately reccomend going to discovery cove! it was a great relaxing day there. I got to swim with the dolphins and spend the rest of the day relaxing in the lazy river! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location poor Hotel
No guest coffee in rooms, No heated pool like advertised,Never got to swim water was too cold and maintance would never give us an answer why the heat was not on. A/C so noisy kept us awake. Fridge was not clean, requested questions about pool and A/C several times and maintance never responded. Tried to get tickets to parks at guest services but they only wanted us to go to check out their resort, very pushy. For the price and location it was fine, but it could use some help. We did not care for restuarant, it was mostly geared toward Indian food.

Cheapskate! DON'T DO IT!
PITIFUL. DIRTY ROOMS, OLD MOTEL. DON'T DO IT. SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND ENJOY YOUR STAY. CARPET DIRTY, BATHROOM DIRTY. SAYS THEY HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET FOR FREE BUT I THINK YOU ONLY GET IT IF YOUR IN THE MANAGERS OFFICE. CERTAINLY NOT IN THE ROOM (THAT WAS OVER THE POOL)

Nergmgr
In disrepair , poor service , super loud
Reguardless of price I would not stay here again. Internet did not work in my room, soda machines did not work, printer in lobby did not work,my room door was 70 feet from major freeway. I was like trying to sleep on freeway, very loud! I would have gone somewhere else to stay, but I had a very busy trip, and did not have time to move. I suggest you not send any traveler to this hotel.
