Loved the staff at the Hotel. They were very helpful. A bit disappointed with the limited options for the free shuttle to ... Disney. It only goes twice in the morning, and twice in the evening. Although they were always on time, it would be nice to have a pickup between 6:15 and 9:45. Breakfast options for guests is limited. A complementary continental breakfast would be a huge plus for the hotel. The rooms were very quiet and clean.

Nice Hotel, Poor Front Desk/Theme Staff

The front desk staff were very quick to the point when asked a question, they were not particularly helpful. The Valet people ... were very helpful though with any help we needed. However the staff that where in the hotel lobby representating Holiday Inn/ Theme Parks where extremely agressive in their questions. I asked them about about getting tickets for Universal/Disney, and was bombarded with questions about how much much i earn, do i have a credit card etc. When i have paid good money to stay in a hotel i expect the staff there to be helpful, not asking me personal questions which are no concern of theirs. I found this a disgrace.

The hotel looked better in pictures than in person. The hotel was decent and the staff was very helpful and nice. The thing ... I appreciated most was that it was located in the heart of all the major attractions. The noise level was also decent. The major problems that I had were that the sheets were not deep fitted and came off when moving during the night. Also, my family used the coffee machine maker available in the room and found that they were not giving us new cups after each use, I don't even think they were cleaning them because there was a strange residue in the bottom of the cups after the first use, I had to wash them myself in the sink. They also chipped one of the cups and never replaced it. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

I was there last week, it's an exceptional hotel!! It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping locations... They have ... transportation to every park, free of charge. Would stay at Crowne Plaza again!

Close to Disney and Universal, close to International BLVD with tons of shops and restaurants. Easy access to freeways to go ... any direction. (must rent car if staying here)Clean comfortable rooms, nice heated pool and spa. The pool hours could be extended for coming home after a long day at the parks. The pool bar was good, and the food service poolside was a time saver. Bell Captain very knowledgeable and helpful with tips for restaurants, shows, and even when to go to what parks for the maximum benefit.

Use your digital camera to take a picture of your kids so that you know what they are wearing if you lose them, and of your parking location so you don't forget where your car is after a long day of fun and excitement.

We had to tell them about the plumbing twice at the hotel. They did fix things but who's wants to wait for someone to fix ... someone else's plumbing while on vacation. It was not in a good location. There was nothing around it. The hotel was o.k. nothing special. The pool was nice. We thought there was a shuttle as advertised but it didn't go to Disney at all. And the shuttle at the hotel only went a couple times a day, not every 20 mins. We were told we didn't need to rent a car but we ended up renting one. It would have been easier if we had rented it in the beginning instead of taking a taxi to the hotel, and than having to take another taxi back to the airport to rent a car. Don't stay at hotel without renting a car. When we went to check out, there was a charge for room service two different times that we did not do. We told them, they couldn't find the slips for it. We didn't eat at hotel at all, and never ordered room service. They said they would not charge us, we will have to wait and see.

I went on vacation with my daughter an boyfriend to visit universal orlando, island of adventure and acuatica. This are the ... best vacations of our life, very clean hotel and comfortable, employees very nice room service fantastic, pool very clean. We star to visit the parks early in the morning and finish the day in the pool everyday o love it. Hotel provide transportation to the parks but also there is a troly that take you for $1.25 very convenient also not too far the hotel there places to eat,walgreen, also to visit we realy have fun i recommend it to everyone. For my next vacations we are planing to visit disney and we will stay in the same hotel we will need to drive for 25 minutes but it will be fine i wont stay in another place thats for sure!!!!! thanks

Since we did not stay at the hotel for long periods of time due to the trips to the parks,I can not talk in detail about the ... restaurants or even the pool,but the staff of the hotel were really good and when we needed assistance they responded fast and professionally.

The overall experience was average. My complaints were: I paid for two rooms with either a king size bed or two queen size ... beds in each, I receive two rooms with only one queen size bed each. Basically they shorted me a bed in each room. Parking was a little bit of a problem and the pool water was nasty. The good things were: Clean Rooms with decent amenities. They had a good exercise room with equipment. The desk personnel were quick to serve me and deal with my requests. The location was great for all the primary theme parks and popular dining locations.
