1.0 The hotel was over booked upon arrival, we were not notified of this until after an hour wait in line. 2.0 Manager was not on premises during entire length of stay and to date. Nor will he respond to any phone calls. 3.0 We were promised a refund on our stay, but the manager will not call us back to proceed with providing this promise. 4.0 The front desk clerk put us in a room that was in a condition that was unsuitable for customer occupation. 5.0 The conditions of the room were unsuitable for many reasons. These reasons included dirty comforter, a blood stained pillow case, dirty floors, and broken A.C. unit. 6.0 We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 pm May 4, 2013 and our key card would not work. The front desk clerk had to let us in, but was unable to provide a solution to this problem. He then stated that “We should just leave our door open if we decided to leave the premises.” 7.0 We called down for fresh towels and sheets, due to our room not being cleaned because of the key card lock not working allowing the maid to access the room, and were denied fresh sheets and towels. They stated they were out of clean towels and sheets. We grabbed an early breakfast around 5 am May 5, 2013 and when we arrived back the front desk clerk was unable to open our door for us and we were going to have to wait till the manager arrived around 8 am to let us in our room. In which he never arrived. 8.0 We tried using the outside pay phone on May 5, 2013 when we came back from breakfast to get in touch with someone on duty to let us in our room, but the phone would not work, making us having to knock on doors till we found the one that the employee was residing in. 9.0 Our door, we later found out just in need a battery change, was not fixed until 8 am May 5, 2013 in which we were packing ready to leave anyways.

My room was neat and clean. The furniture in the room should be updated and the chair needs to be upholstered. Other than that,,,it was O.K. The staff was courteous and professional.. The neighborhood appeared to be safe and in a central area of the city. Overall,..it was a good value for the cost.

room was clean though no service provided during stay. Bathroom also fine with soap and shampoo provided. Staff at the desk were super helpful and I appreciared the cooking facilities offered Wi-fi was extremely slow , bed was comfortable. Reccommend to those who have business etc. in this area 25 minutes from downtown

The staff was very helpful in fixing my problem. Its like being at home having every thing in your kitchen friedge, stove,oven,microwave cup and saucer ice tray tv table to eat at sofa bed iron and iron board very peaceful no noise. Lack 2nd day small wash cloth to bathe with so bring your own if u need to change it every 2 or 3 days outside of that lovely hotel internet poor but they said they are looking to find another service elswhere

Avoid at all costs. The staff is half-baked, gave us the keys to a room that was already occupied, told us we could call a cab from the office the next morning (only to wake up and find out the office isn't open at that hour), and the room itself was generally unlivable. This site needs to take this hotel off of their website.

Staff was not helpful at all. Customer service was awful. Very outdated accomadations.

It was clean and the price was excellent. restaurants very close.

they didnt have pillow cases on the pillows, no extra pillows, bed was worn out and sunk in the middle.

The hotel is quite normal. you will not feel you are home at all though they do have a kitchen.

The hotel is very handy, quiet and relatively clean. It was nice to be able to fix food for myself instead of eating out every day. The bathroom was clean and the AC was not noisy. The towels are pretty rough but overall for the money I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
