Disgusting!!!!
We have stayed in MANY hotels and I have to stay this is the worst. Dusty, dead insects AND alive insects. Also, windows did not shut completely with the screens bend out (insects free pass), MOLD in the a/c vents and on back of curtains, mold on the bathroom wall. How this is even rated 3 stars is beyond me. We stayed here due to our son graduating from UCF and it being just 1.5 miles down the road from campus. Otherwise, we would have checked out. Oh, and the bath towels, I could swear were rags that you buy a hardware stores. ****NEVER AGAIN, will we ever stay at a Crestwood Suite or any hotels affiliated with them****

Okay hotel
You get what you pay for. Wasn't the cleanest and is a older hotel that needs updated, but okay rooms would probably stay again if all else was booked.

Very good!
This is a perfect hotel for a big family. Traveling with a family of six, can get expensive real quick. This hotel has a kitchen in every room. It's well located and it's private. Nex time i go to Orlando that's my place.

The room was supposed to have a sleeping sofa but had a double reclining chair with one side that was not working and leaning.We will not stay there again.

the room was quite nice, full kitchen and well kept, the staff was nice too. the hotel is really well located, lots of restaurants to go to near by.and most important its worth every penny

Horrible!
The hotel was a major disappointment. Not only did we have to change our room because it smelled so bad but two other couples that were with us did the same thing without each other knowing. The hotel seems to have a lot of long term residents that have animals and the hotel is very old. All of us were given better rooms that were livable but we will not be using the hotel again.

Dissatisfied
Unappealing is an Understatement
We had to change our room three times because the beds were filthy- hairs, bodily fluids, dirt; the sheets had clearly not been cleaned from the previous hotel guest. The telephone rang endlessly throughout the night with no one on the other line. I'm surprised that [...]promotes this hotel- it was a sleepless, unpleasant night followed by a need for intense personal hygiene (ie- scrubbing myself clean in the morning). I do not recommend this hotel to anyone but an experienced sanitation crew.
