Crestwood Suites - Disney Orlando

It has a great location and I was fairly clean. The only thing is that we were told that they were going to clean the room the second day of our stay and they never did in the whole week that we stayed there.

This was a awfull hotel to stay, room locks did not work, bathroom door did not have lock, beds were of poor quality, hallway was smelling with cigarette smoke. I would not recommned this hotel to any one.

This was an Extended Stay Hotel and we stayed 5 days. The overall room was real average because of its size and having a small kitchen. But the bed was awful from being OLD and WORN out.. the sofa in the room was broken so badly that it was not usable. The staff was friendly and did what they could within the limits of the broken furnishings.

For the most part the room was clean; however needs some maintenance. The room had broken hair dryer cord, very dangerous and the room itself needed some update and maintenance. Fresh paint, new linen etc. There was a terrible smell from the heating elements, which I froze because the smell was a terrible stentch. Food odors were throughout the hallways and my room was near the busy road with noise all night long. In the front entrance was a large area fenced off for it looked like a gas producing unit. The area was far from the attractions and industrial park next door. I would not stay here again.

Great full kitchen and only a mile from a walmart supercenter. Close to all the fun things to do in orlando and you can save lots of money by eating in. I strongly recommend for anyone on a budget.

Hotel was very clean however it is old and shows it. The lobby is probably 1940 vintage, not bright and large. It has no eye appeal. The check in counter is old with a wall of old wood mail slots in back. Rugs are at least 20 years old in the lobby and hall ways. The checkin clerk was friendly and efficient and wearing a clean uniform but was not dressed like a desk clerk at a Holliday Inn or a Days Inn. The hotel has no curb appeal. Hotel is not visibe from the street and access is through a long driveway. Signage in driveway can be misinterpited to lead to a door that in not the actual lobby.

The pictures look much better than the hotel actually is. The rooms are poorly kept , show a lot of deferred maintance and we found the next morning that we were sharing the room with some cockroaches. My suggestion, stay here only if you have no other options.

IT WAS HORRIBLE A REALLY BAD GAS LEAK SMELL IN PARKING LOT,THE ROOM VERY SMALL BED VERY SMALL ,BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN WELL .MISSING LIGHT BALB IN ROOM VERY DARK.FRONT DESK WAS CLOSED AFTER NINE SO HELP AT ALL.

I have never stayed at a hotel where the reservation counter closed at 9pm. The staff literally left the premises. What would happen in the event of an emergency?
