Best Western Airport Inn & Suites

The only reason I would hesitate to stay at this hotel is that it is advertised as 1.5 miles from the airport but it takes 15 minutes on the shuttle to get there because they are avoiding the tolls on the direct route.

Clean got a suite had just enough room maids cleaned every day which is nice... Overall it was a nice stay had no problems.

Stayed here to catch an early morning flight. Hotel is close to airport (but in an awkward location on a busy street) which made it convenient. Rooms are plain, but clean. Staff were very friendly/helpful. Breakfast buffet was was very nice, with a variety of tasty offerings. Reasonable value for the price.

BW hotel was convenient, clean and quite. Price was great, service was good and room was clean.

I picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport (10 min drive in lite traffic) and price. Pretty good value, room was big, 2 queen beds, and quiet. Shuttle service isn't great, you have to reserve and only runs once an hour. Bed was a little soft for me. AC was a little loud. But the price was right. We didn't have breakfast as we left to early, but it was included.

Very professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious.

Pluses: -Hotel was located conveniently off the Toll Road. -Hotel lobby, hallways and room were all clean. -Large bathroom in room which may have been recently remodeled. -Plenty of restaurants and shopping option located within a couple of miles of the hotel. -Quiet room - I didn't hear any noises from the guests in the adjacent rooms. Minuses: -Difficult to make a left turn out of the hotel onto the road. -Breakfast. Not good at all. Warm juice, cold cereal, fruit and that was all. From bad past experiences with Waffle Houses, I didn't go to the Waffle House next to the hotel. At 8 AM, there were only two cars in their parking lot. That might say something about the Waffle House. -Musty odor in my room.

i only spent one night there but from the time i checked in i felt welcome the gentlemen that check me in was polite and had a very nice personalty and that is what i look for when i hire people i loved the fact my view was perfect i could see the pool and still see the traffic passing by , the room was perfect it self a table with chairs writing paper which i was very glad to see i started my shopping list right away,the bath room was nice also needed more toiletries and coffee , everything else was nice i would stay there again and i have already told some friends .

The first room I was offered had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk to speak to them about it they gave me another room which had just had the carpets cleaned I hope and they were soaking wet. The bed was comfortable!

My wife and i stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and prior positive stays at other Best Western hotels. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Although we did not use the pool, it was very inviting. Free shuttle service allowed us to return our car rental the night before our early departure the following morning. The only negative was finding something to eat after out late checkin.
