very nice hotel
I stayed here two years ago. THe hotel is clean and the staff are very pleasant. The trolley is a great plus. But be sure if you take the shuttle be outside about ten minutes before, they sometimes come early.

If you use the trolley, buy a day pass or more. It will save you money. The restaurant next store will let you have carryouts and it doesnt take to long. The food is pretty good.

Best Western Plus Orlando was great!
I wish I had asked for the name of the two gentlemen who worked the the counter this past weekend. They were very helpful and always eager to help. My wife and I had a peaceful stay with great service. Although we were out most of the time, every minute at this hotel was pleasant. I only had one negative and that was that the shower needs a little more room to accommodate the shower door. when waiting for the hot water to emerge from the shower head.

Make sure you have a GPS to travel. There is a lot to see and you can get turned around pretty easily in Orlando.

Good location to SeaWorld etc
Price was right, location right, I Ride transportation was right outside the hotel to take us to our destinations. Staff was very helpful. I'd stay there again.

Terrific Value!
We gave this motel a 5 star rating because we just could not find any fault with our visit. The staff was very friendly, the rooms, lobby, pool, and everything we saw was very clean. Even when we checked in, Vernon was very pleasant and welcomed us to their facility. We visit Orlando quite often, but we will never have to "shop" for a motel because this place was just great. Thank you!

Good for the price
The hotel was very good. The location was very convenient to sea world. the hotel provides free transport to disney, universal and sea world. The free continental breakfast was okay, not much variety. The lady at the reception was not very helpful with queries. Apart from that, everything else was very good.
