Cockroaches.

There were cockroaches in the refrigerator and there was no gym. To be honest I was disappointed by the breakfast as well. There were no eggs or any kind of protein options. The staff was friendly, but they need to up cleanliness in their rooms. I don't think I'll stay at a Best Western again.

Family vacation

Very enjoyable pool was great wish there was more variety for breakfast maybe on the weekends? and more highchairs to accomadate children. Vending machines with more than just drinks, but otherwise staff was pleasant and knowledgeble.

On colonial Drive whether left or right every store you could possibly need.

It was fine.

The room was fine Not too many channels on the tv. They had decent breakfast. Thought it could of be a bit cheaper given their location. Not to shabby.

Best Western

This was not a new hotel, however, well maintained. The bed was new and comfortable. Overall good experience.

One Night Stay Review

I moved from one state to another and needed a place to stay the night before moving into my apartment; so I stayed here. The room was nice and clean. The only minor issue I had is when I needed a cab and called the front desk; the young lady at the desk gave me a number so I could call myself. I've stayed at other similiar hotels and they've always called for me.

MUSTY ROOM

THE BEST WESTERN WAS CONVENIENT FOR WHERE WE WERE GOING. THE CHECK-IN WENT SMOOTHLY AND THEY EVEN HAD OUR ADJOINING ROOMS. THE ROOM WAS TYPICAL, BUT HAD A MUSTY ODOR. WE PUT THE AIR CONDITIONER ON IN THE HOPE THAT IT WOOULD RESOLVE BUT IT NEVER DID. THE AIR DID NOT WORK WELL, AND IT DID NOT DEHUMIDIFY. THE NEXT MORNING WE NOTIFIED THE STAFF AND WHILE THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND THANKED US FOR ADVISING THEM, THEY DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. WE CHECKED OUT THAT DAY.
