Staff was friendly, great location. Loved the Jacuzzi.

Staff was welcoming. Room was clean but sparsely furnished - a chair at desk would've been good. Walls were thin making the noise outside our room & room-to-room disturbing. Bed was comfy. There was no place nearby to eat breakfast. They only had muffins, etc., a continental breakfast would've been great even for a little extra charge.

We stayed for 6 days for my son 5th bday trip and it was pretty good! The staff was polite and the location was great close to parks, food and other activities! Only thing is resort fee was suppose to be 5 dollars a day (30 dollars) and it turned out to be around (35 dollars) cause they taxed each day! Housekeeping was a little lazy and hated the tiled floors cause they collect dust. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again.

Cheap, dirty, mess. Booked a one night stay, they said itwas going to be a few hours till the room was ready. They did not know exactly, but told me to keep calling or stoping by to see. They were not calling me. 1 room came with ear plugs..yes...ear plugs to help cut out the noise from the freeway. 2nd room, non working tv, floors were so dirty our feet were black walking from door to bathroom. So a shower was needed, problem was the water came out brown..and my kid brushed his teeth with thanasty water before i noticed. The food truck at pool said they could not use the room charge paper , the front desk gave me, because its to much work and paper work to fill out..cash only. To top it all off, the beds were so hard that we all work up sore and unhappy. Look, i get its under 100 dollars, but any..any other hotel in that range would be better. BUYER BEWARE

At check in we were greeted by Tanya with a huge smile. SHe took wonderful care of us even followed up with a call to make sure all our needs were met. Once we got our room the staff came by to see if we might need anything else. Every person was very friendly. They made us feel so welcome. Excellent family place to stay.

The rooms were relatively nice. The price was very reasonable for the amenities. The drawback is the motel style where rooms open to outdoors. This decreases sense of security. Also curtains were transparent, exacerbatibg the problem. A sit diwn restaurant on premise would be helpful. Still renovating, but have decent pool.

Everything was nice. Had a great time! But the bed when i moved around on it, it would make little noices. That the only thing i didnt enjoy.

I would not recommend this "Resort" to anyone. The "Refurbished" prison cells do very little to keep the outside noise...OUTSIDE! The bed has some kind of sheet metal framing, when I rolled over while sleeping it would make a thunderous bang that snaps you awake quite nicely. I was happily greeted my a friendly family of flies that were determined to remain with me for my entire stay. The "Low Flow" toilet does exactly that...It doesn't FLOW. What was left for the cleaning lady...I'm truly sorry, but talk to the boss about getting a real toilet installed. Luckily, I was working horrendous hours and didn't need to be in the room very often. Upon checking out with the front desk, I was happily greeted with an extra $5.60 a day "services and fees" charge... for what? I do not know... The TV is outdated and has no premium channels, the bed is no cloud of comfort, and the construction crew that felt the need to start working promptly around 745am every morning was an unexpected surprise. AGAIN... please do yourself and whoever you are traveling with a tremendous favor by NOT STAYING HERE!!

I stayed here while in Orlando for a few days and had I not been out of the room so much I would have left. All of the furniture in the room was flat out cheap, my bed even made a loud clanging sound every time I got on or off of the bed. The vent in the bathroom was so weak, the shower area turned into a steam room within a minute of the shower being turned on. Luckily we had a very low price otherwise it would not have been worth a normal hotel's rate. The staff were not fully trained and I had to wait quite a while for a manager to come fix my keycard. Also, the Starbucks in the lobby was not open in the morning when I was on my way out (~8 AM).

Stayed overnight for a family event. The location was close to all the restaurants on International Drive. The complex is undergoing renovation... large pool area.
