No issues
Just needed a place to spend one night, and this fit the bill at a reasonable price and convenient location. Don't expect much for breakfast, though.

Big Brat
Good & Bad
Room was fairly clean except for KITCHENETTE which was FILTHY. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice. Cleaning service was not so good - din't leave clean towels or extra toilet paper. Outside was clean & attractive. Very convenient location for the bowling tournament we were in the area for.

Unbeatable for price
The room was perfect for what we needed. Nice location. Very clean except for the carpet. I thought the pet charge should be per stay, rather than per night. I think that is too much.

This hotel is in a good location-close to everything in town. The room was very spacious and had everything you could need as far as appliances go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are headed to Daytona this is only about 20 minutes away.

The Swamphouse Grill is a short drive away. It overlooks the St. Johns river and had great food and entertainment.

Spring Lover
Better than I expected
This was one of the cheaper hotels that I found in the area, so I didn't expect much, but it was actually cleaner and nicer than I expected. There was a nice looking pool but I didn't get a chance to swim in it. The room had a nice kitchen/dining area with a table, frige, and microwave.

Blue Springs is very close, a great place to visit, beautiful river and spring to swim in, very refreshing on a hot summer day. For night life, Daytona Beach was less than an hour away.

My review of Days Inn Orange City/Deland
The Day's Inn in Deland was a transfer from a prev. Motel, the room had a heavy smell of disinfectant. It was a stop over visit only. I will not return to this hotel.

Good Value Hotel
The motel is located convenient to my local family, if not particularly close to restaurants or shopping. Very efficient and friendly staff. Key cards never worked properly, but the staff was always available to help. I'll be staying there again on future visits.
