Very pleasant stay
Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location. Only draw back was no microwave in our room.

clean, pleasant stay
The staff at the hotel and restaurant downstairs were helpful and friendly. We were in town for the Leesburg bikefest weekend, arrived Friday evening and were greeted well.

The restaurant closes at 9, so we had to rush to get in but were treated well by the staff anyway.

Customer service from hell
I reserved this room for my husband and daughgter to come from Texas to attend my mothers funeral. My husband drove for 20 hours and aqrrived at the hotel early. He asked if there was any way he coukld check in early, explained the situation, but the manager at the front desk was rude, condesending and sent themn away, assuring them that they would be a priority for check in and would receive a call when the room was ready. Check in is normally at 3:000pm, we received that call at 2:30 pm. I will never stay at this chain again.

great location
This hotel is right off the Florida turnpike. It is very clean, has a pleasant staff and is attached to a Perkins Restaurant.

Very Family Friendly
Our stay at the Best Western in Ocoee, Florida, was a very comfortable stay. Our room was very clean, and the air was already on so we didn't have to wait until the cooled down, like we have had to in other motels in Florida. The staff was nice and helpful in everyway. The room and the pool was more then you would expect, it was very clean and well taken care of. I will stay at this motel again, and I will also recommend all my friends to stay here also.

The Restaurant at the Motel was a Perkins, and all of their meals was very good.
