Laid Back
Nice place, nice staff. Be sure to rent a car, because cabs will kill you. Lots of food within walking distance. A v=cab back to Universal or Sea World will run about 40 for 3 people.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed & pillows were comfortable and the A/C was thermostat controlled (on the wall) which kept the temperature constant. We are smokers and were very surprised when the room didn't smell like an ashtray. Most smoking rooms smell terrible even to smokers. We had a basic room with 2 double beds. No hair dryer, fridge, microwave, etc... but they do have room with those items for a slightly higher rate. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay there again soon. The only thing we didn't like was not having a coffee pot in the room, but the free 24 hour coffee in the lobby is good - you just have to walk down there to get it. :)

Short drive from hotel
There's a Denny's in front of the hotel and you get a discount if you are staying in the hotel, but there's a really good breakfast place about 2 miles West of the hotel on Colonial Drive (SR 50). It's a few blocks past the toll road on the left. A little Mom & Pop place, but the food was good and reasonably priced.

Clean room, friendly staff, pet and smoker friendly. Convenient for visiting family in west Orlando as well as reasonable convenient to attractions ( given the price ). Would stay again.
