Very helpful staff. The lobby area is designed in a unique Florida decor. Rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel has every thing you would want. Very comfortable, clean, well appointed, and good food.

They have tempur pedic beds, a variety of pillows that are labeled SOFT/FIRM etc. The staff is friendly. The hotel is beautiful. And the restaurant on the top floor has a VERY cool vibe. I only had drinks there but for a hotel in such a small town, I can't believe this place!

The hotel is really pretty. Our room was really nice and clean and a decent size. Standard in ALL rooms are a microwave and refrigerator. The beds are tempurpedic and so very comfortable. Four pillows per bed and 2 each marked either firm or soft. We didn't use the facilities but family has stayed in this hotel before and raved about it and the facilities. The bathroom was SPOTLESS and looked brand new! The location is perfect. It is in the heart of everything. We definitely will be back to this hotel and definitely recommend it.

We only needed a place to sleep and we weren't planning to spend much time at the hotel. However, it far surpassed what we expected from a Holiday Inn by the interstate in Ocala. The decor was pleasantly surprising, the beds were comfortable (tempur-pedic) and the rooms were clean and well equipped. Ours had a small fridge and microwave. The hotel ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The only negatives were minor. We had a broken hair dryer and microwave, but both were addressed quickly. The fitness room has only treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical trainer - no weights or resistance machines.

we booked a king sized room with a jacuzzi for our wedding night. it was $135 for a saturday night. check in was painless. at first glance the place looks posh but the next morning we started discovering how haphazardly the rooms we're decorated and cleaned. the paint in the room was blue and in some places there was only a thin layer. the point is if they do this poorly than other corners were probably cut as well. we found two blond hairs, one was in the bed and the other in the jacuzzi tub. we're both brunettes so either the room wasn't cleaned properly or the poor cleaning woman is losing her hair rapidly. neither scenarios make me happy. if i had paid $80 for this room this is what i would expect but this place has only been a round for a couple years and everywhere there are signs of poor maintenance. even the bench outside the elevator inside had a huge tear in it. the beds were nice though.

Location of the hotel is fine.its right off the highway and there are lots of thing as far as food, a mall, and theater not far from it. We were prity dissapointed with the hotel though. Check in is supost to be at 3pm witch is finne except we got there at 5pm and they said they dont have are room ready yet they were all still being cleand. There were 3-5 othere cuples in the lobby wating for rooms aswell. When we final got are room and hour latter (6pm) I compland a little and after talking to a mannager finaly they offerd 50% off at the little bar restaront down in the lobby. my wife and i go spend some time in the room then go see a movie come back at about 8:30 and the bar and kitchen was alredy clossing so we didnt get to take advantage of the 50% off. What hotel bar closes at 8:30? whatever! so the rooms were nice but thats about all I have good to say about them.

The bottom 6" of my shower curtain was pure mildew. The hotel has an open courtyard, onto which each room faces. When there is a noisy crowd in the lobby, as there was when I was there, the staff did nothing to quiet them down so the other guests could sleep. The restaurant staff is poorly train, inefficient, and unprofessional

Needed a place to relax after traveling for work. Hotel more than provided what I needed.
