Country Inn and suites
Booked a suite with a separate room and when we got to our room it was a room with hot tub but not what we reserved. We reserved the room that had hot tub in bathroom. Had to change rooms. Not impressed with service or rooms.

It was a good experience
It was a family trip, the room was nice and your staff was one of the best I have ever experienced. We had some needs to be taken care of and they went above and beyond to take care of things.

Country Inn - maintenance issue
Hotel is comfortable, a little dated in bath area - chilly night meant switching unit (this is the kind directly below the window, which you have to manually operate - fan, low heat, low cool, etc - this kind of unit also balloons the drapes into the room, meaning all the cooling or heat is being lost int he drapes). Turning this unit to heat resulted in toxic smells! Had to open window for an hour - chilly. In am, desk mgr said this always happens during change of seasons. I guess I won't stay here during a change of season!

Lacking in service
My partner and I were on an overnight trip in Ocala Thanksgiving weekend. Shortly after our arrival to the hotel, the elevator broke down; a potential health hazard to the elderly and folks with health issues. The guests that were checking in/out were not offered any assistance with their luggage. At a bare minimum, the staff should have provided that service. In addition, the next morning, despite a huge billboard onsite promoting their breakfast, they were out of eggs and provided a meager spread. Needless to say, we were a bit disappointed with the service.

Good Location . . . Free Breakfast
Nice 3 star hotel. Room was nice and clean. Provided free breakfast. The ppol area left alot to be desired, but okay during summer months, as it is not heated. Like the free cookies.

great for the price
The hotel was fine, the beds comforable enough, the breakfast was free and good. The only problem was that the room smelled musty and wasn't particularlhy clean.
