The traffic inconvenience, the house is a little small. A little tide. Open the window.

Called at 9:00 pm because I could not locate the hotel. Clerk at desk was not overly nice. She just told me it was across the street from where I was. When I asked where she again said "across the street from Dunkin Donuts." The building had zero signage to let me know I was even at the right hotel. Again at the front desk, the lady was a bit nicer in person than on the phone. I am not sure being charged $2 extra for the safe in the room is a good idea. Why not just charge me an extra $2 on my bill instead of a separate charge? Especially if I am not using the safe in the first place? Anyway, checking out was a pain. There apparently was no record of me paying the $2 for the safe and for 5 or 6 minutes, the lady at the desk tried to find proof of me paying. Finally after I told her I would just pay the $2 for the safe again if I could just leave, she told me no it would be fine. Now I am waiting for my $50 deposit for "incidentals" to be credited back to my account. We shall see. End of the day though, the hotel served it's purpose. It was better than expected for room cleanliness. The location was a bit sketchy... but I would stay there again. Staff could be a bit friendlier and there are obvious "paperwork training needs" if they can't manage to mark my account paid for the safe.

It is ok. But the front desk are not very well. When I ask them some question, they always say they don't know.

I have never had a worse experience at any hotel that I've ever booked through this website in my business life, spanning over 10 years. This is an old, not-even-remodeled FORMER LARGE BRAND NAME HOTEL. The hotel is literally falling apart on one side. The curtains are torn and windows are cracked.The wireless doesn't work AT ALL in the guest rooms and is spotty AT BEST in the lobby (BECAUSE 100 PEOPLE ARE DOWN THERE AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT TRYING TO WORK). The area is absolutely horrid as far as safety and comfort. It may be right off of the interstate but it is impossible to get into and out of. Lots of homeless and undesirable people harassing you. There is a REQUIRED DEPOSIT when you stay here (from $100 to $200, depending on method of payment) that this website does not tell you about, along with the $4 a day lock fee. My room was filthy. The people at the front desk were some of the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Every call you attempt to make from the HORRIBLE room phone costs you money (including front desk calls). I won't ever even consider staying here again and I also won't be using this website to book hotels anymore. This is my second time, in two different cities, falling for these "deals". Never again. This hotel should charge people hourly. The smells of marijuana and shouts and screams at all hours of the night were enough to keep one from sleeping.

Cleanliness was most important to me and this place supplied that..Very nice staff and a simple breakfast included. Only complaint was the noisey air conditioner and noisey traffic ....I would visit again !!!

The hotel is in a good spot, about 15minutes from everything. It felt safe, clean, and for the price a great deal. I didn't even notice it was next to the highway. The customer service wasn't spectacular, but i guess that is what you get for the rate. I'd stay there again for sure.

Booking was easy and affordable. We needed a place to stay for the night before our flight out. However, when we got to our room, the TV remote didn't work and the power button on the TV was broken (didn't exist). Too late to get someone there to fix and needed sleep. The phone was very staticy when asking for a wake up call. Because of these things, are they keeping up with their maintenance? Glad it was only one night.

An old hotel but clean and comfortable. The hotel provides breakfast! It is a good hotel for a value price~

It all depends on what you are looking for..if you need somewhere cheap to sleep, with a room that is clean and satisfies minimal needs, this is the place for you. A concrete OK place to stay.

I stayed at this hoyel for 5 days and my stay was very nice!. I don't know why all the previous bad reviews by othe people, but my stay was very pleasant. I was going to get a refrigerator for my room, but I didn't even bother because my room was close to the ice machine and vending machine. The room was very very clean and we had maid service everyday unless we told them not to come clean the room. I was really worried after I booked and then read all the bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised and relieved when I got to the hotel and saw that it was really a very nice hotel and my room was very clean and well decorated. staff was pleasant also. only small problem is that because of the location it is a little noisy due to highways being close by. but for only $267 for 5 days You just can't go wrong by staying at this hotel! I would deffinitely stay there again!
