Wonderful Luxury Stay
We stayed at the Naples Bay Resort for a week in January 2012 and were amazed by how large the one bedroom suite was. It's basically like staying in a one bedroom condo with one and half bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen had a full sized fridge as well as a dishwasher and all the silverware, dishes, and bowls needed to dine in if desired. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. The pools were very nice as well and the fitness room more than met our needs. Our first night we had a small scare where our TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night and creeped us out, but the front desk was very accommodating and switched us to a different hotel room, and there were no more such issues. The staff was extremely friendly. This location is extremely close to all the dining you need on 5th avenue, only gave 4 stars because it's a bit of a walk from the resort to the downtown area. Will definitely stay here again the next time we stay in Naples!

Fantastic for both families and couples
Our family had a fantastic 8 days at Naples Bay Resort. My girls 3 yrs and 9 yrs stayed in the large lagoon shaped heated pool all day, every day. The service was just amazing. The apartments (cottages as they call them), where so nice and big we could have lived there permanently. The Fish bone restaurant had a high standard. This has been one of our best vacations even though we travelled to my places in the world before and Naples is so clean, organized and has an exclusive feel. The first thing I did coming home was to post the hotel web site on my Facebook account with a comment of how great it was. I have never posted a recommendation from an experience on Facebook before. Thanks to the staff at Naples Bay Resort for making our vacation so wonderful! The Swedish family

Beyond my dreams
This is an excellent resort and the price was extremely low for what we received. The condo atmosphere was much better than I expected. The resort had everything we needed and more, reservable cabanas, an adult pool area, lazy river, lap pool great gym, and even a shuttle to the beach with great chairs and an umbella. The location was great for short day trips, mini golf and shopping.

very nice and excellent, friendl service
Naples Bay Resort excellent choice....service, food, facilities all GREAT....only downer was airport noise and highway noise even tho' indoors was pretty much insulated from it all....also speed limit in front of hotel was dangerously fast....not a pleasant walk to town when you have to share the sidewalk with bicycles....

Nice Resort and Hotel!
Stayed in the Hotel at the Naples bay resort. Nice and clean room with comfortable bed. Ok view from balcony. Good service, and decent continental breakfast. Very nice pool and fitness center. Food at the pool was good but a little overpriced. Only complaint is that the walk to the pool and fitness center from the hotel is .5 mile plus. Also, about half of the shops and restaurants in the resort are closed or vacant. Resort charged a $20 per night resort fee.

Naples 2010
This is walking distance to downtown Naples, Golf is available in every direction, and the lazy river is judt what you need to unwind. The employees at the pool side bar & restaurant were a pleasure to get to know throughout our week. This place works for kids, adults, grandparent, etc. We truly enjoyed ourselves! The complaints we had were that there wasn't more seating on the lanai and that there was nowhere to grill.

Everything we could ask for
Loved the suite we stayed in. Nice to have the kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. We used the gym, lap pool, steam, sauna, jacuzzi almost everyday. The location was very good. Close to downtown, and right off 41, which took us to a lot of places we need to go.

Great restaurant called SWEET MAMAS on 41. Worth going to. The oxtails and plaintains are delicious. She really is sweet, comes over and talks to every table. Definitely go.
