Expensive but great location
A very comfortable hotel in a great location in downtown Naples. Great bar attached with good food and service. The pool was small and the walk to the beach was about 15 minutes.

Misleading
Stayed here on reservation from online travel site. Upgraded after arriving to King room since no King room available on regular reservation. Quoted one price but charged a much higher price on checkout. Tried to speak to manager. Told they would call. Now three days later and no call and cannot talk to manager on phone. This was very misleading and ruined what otherwise was a very pleasant stay at a beautiful facility. Price is way too high for the service/value one receives.

Naples vacay
The hotel is under renovation and is seen in all throughout the lobby. While not completely a big deal it is a little disheartening. The room was nice and spacious. Gym and pool were nice. The location is unbeatable!

Excellent staff, excellent location, noisy airconditioner
The staff was top notch. The location was excellent. The room condition was 5 stars other than the air conditioner was noisy (fan noise) and the bed mattress was terrible for the room price. Why would builders put a loud air handling unit in a high dollar room. The mattress can easily be replaced, and hopefully soon.

Swiss Quality
Needs renovation
Nothing special. Front desk staff are not that smart, service at breakfast in the morning can be a hit or miss, and the detail to the hotel and the hotel rooms need a lot of attention. I will not stay there again. Look at the Naples Resort and Spa.

best location, excellent value
Third time here--located right in center of 5th Ave South w/ a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Pool and spa easily accessed. Gulf of Mexico is a two minute car ride with plenty of metered parking(bring quarters!)

Walk on 5th Ave South to view all the menus to pick the kind of food you want--there is everything and all the restaurants offer excellent deals on early seatings.

super hotel
excellent hotel, 1st class staff and perfect location. could have done with better coffee facilities and a fridge but that was minor. staff were very good and helpfull. would go back there !

fabulous restaurants within 5 mins walk. the cafe and 5th Avenue coffee house are good for breakfast and / or coffee. best place to eat was blue provence .. pricey but excellent.
