Downtown location and beach access at intimate old-Florida style inn

Swiss Quality
Needs renovation
Nothing special. Front desk staff are not that smart, service at breakfast in the morning can be a hit or miss, and the detail to the hotel and the hotel rooms need a lot of attention. I will not stay there again. Look at the Naples Resort and Spa.

best location, excellent value
Third time here--located right in center of 5th Ave South w/ a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Pool and spa easily accessed. Gulf of Mexico is a two minute car ride with plenty of metered parking(bring quarters!)

Walk on 5th Ave South to view all the menus to pick the kind of food you want--there is everything and all the restaurants offer excellent deals on early seatings.

excellent hotel, 1st class staff and perfect location. could have done with better coffee facilities and a fridge but that was minor. staff were very good and helpfull. would go back there !

fabulous restaurants within 5 mins walk. the cafe and 5th Avenue coffee house are good for breakfast and / or coffee. best place to eat was blue provence .. pricey but excellent.

Hotel with character
Brilliant locaion right in the centre of downtown Naples with great restaurants. Our second stay in this hotel as we enjoyed it so much last time. Fresh Produce clothing store is also right next door. The hotel has a tropical old world charm. It's not a big modern resort so don't expect one of those character-less 5 star hotels. AC in our spacious room could have worked a bit better and mattress was a bit lumpy but I'm sure each room will be different. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Trulucks for tuna tartare tower and chilled crab claws and Chops for aged steakes. Drinks at the pub McCabes Irish pub which is attached to the hotel for good fun weekend night with singer Jerry.

Great stay!
Very nice and elegant hotel, free valet parking. All of the rooms had a balcony, the showers have alot of space as well as the room. There are to restauranta with alot of life and the hotel is situated in the middle of fifth avenue surrounded by shops amd restaurants

Great location
the hotel worked out very well for our long weekend. great location and short distance to beach if you enjoy a little walking as we did. the hotel staff was very pleasant as was the pool area. the room lacked the amenities and style one would prefer in an upscale boutique hotel. (make-up mirror, refrigerator, additional wall outlets/power strip) the sink was cracked and there was limited glassware to use. had to go to the restaurant/bar attached for a wine glass.

5th Avenue provides an extensive variety of dining options, many which have outdoor seating. Whether you prefer seafood, steak, Italian or other cuisine, the variety from upscale to cafe is plentiful with fresh and pleasing presentations.

Couldn't have been any better!!
Location was amazing- able to walk to upscale shops, fantastic restaurants and the Gulf of Mexico. Will return to this hotel again for sure. The inn came highly recommended by my brother and he was right!

convenient location
I was only using this hotel as a place to stay overnight. It was a clean/quiet room. I had everything that I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Hotel, Excellent Staff.
The inn on the 5th is surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops for all tastes. You can dance to 80's music at 1000pm and then when you want a change of scenery walk across the street and listen to Motown.
