Inn On Fifth Avenue

Third time here--located right in center of 5th Ave South w/ a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Pool and spa easily accessed. Gulf of Mexico is a two minute car ride with plenty of metered parking(bring quarters!)

excellent hotel, 1st class staff and perfect location. could have done with better coffee facilities and a fridge but that was minor. staff were very good and helpfull. would go back there !

Brilliant locaion right in the centre of downtown Naples with great restaurants. Our second stay in this hotel as we enjoyed it so much last time. Fresh Produce clothing store is also right next door. The hotel has a tropical old world charm. It's not a big modern resort so don't expect one of those character-less 5 star hotels. AC in our spacious room could have worked a bit better and mattress was a bit lumpy but I'm sure each room will be different. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and elegant hotel, free valet parking. All of the rooms had a balcony, the showers have alot of space as well as the room. There are to restauranta with alot of life and the hotel is situated in the middle of fifth avenue surrounded by shops amd restaurants

the hotel worked out very well for our long weekend. great location and short distance to beach if you enjoy a little walking as we did. the hotel staff was very pleasant as was the pool area. the room lacked the amenities and style one would prefer in an upscale boutique hotel. (make-up mirror, refrigerator, additional wall outlets/power strip) the sink was cracked and there was limited glassware to use. had to go to the restaurant/bar attached for a wine glass.

Location was amazing- able to walk to upscale shops, fantastic restaurants and the Gulf of Mexico. Will return to this hotel again for sure. The inn came highly recommended by my brother and he was right!

I was only using this hotel as a place to stay overnight. It was a clean/quiet room. I had everything that I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The inn on the 5th is surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops for all tastes. You can dance to 80's music at 1000pm and then when you want a change of scenery walk across the street and listen to Motown.

While the hotel is in a great location (right on 5th Ave) and is quiet, the customer service by the front desk manager upon our arrival was not as friendly as expected. When we asked (at 9:45 PM ET) at checkin if there were any King Beds available (after they gave us a double bed) the manager did not bother to look to see, she just told us "we are pretty busy and there are no more kings available". While I can appreciate we were not guaranteed a king bed (it was either adouble or king), the fact that we were told by someone else at checkin that they were NOT busy and the manager did not even both to try to see if there was a king bed available was very unfriendly and non-customer service oriented. It was almost 10PM at night, and we were checking out the next day, so I was surprised they would not even offer to see if there was a better room available. The other things we felt were just so-so about the hotel were 1) not one of the phones worked in the hotel, 2) the sink kept clogging up (after our 1st use), 3) TVs are very old and out of date. While I love this location and by no means is this hotel a "dive", I felt that their customer service was very poor. I would recommend this hotel to others, for their location. It just depends what you are looking for from a hotel, but I expected better.
