Family visit
Staff was polite and helpful. Great location for where I needed to visit. Always good parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel
I was in meetings daily during my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The meeting spaces were very nice.

convenient
Very conviently located. Shula restauraant had great french toast for breakfast. Diner was good but quite expensive....I certainly would not want to pay for a family of 4-5. Hotel Service was good. nice small pool. Nice business center with free computer, copying, printing

Outstanding!!!
The Hotel and staff were wonderful! Everyone was friendly and Shula's was great. Location was convient to everything. Only negative was there were alot of meetings and conferences going on and it crowded the lobby and made it difficult getting around the check in desk and the elevators at times...but in no way would change my decision to stay again here.

We were fortunate to catch the montly 3rd Thursday on 3rd Ave....it was lots of fun with all the live bands and activity.

Enjoyed my stay
Hotel was clean and readily accessible. Meetings were organized well and catering staff met expectations. Not a lot of frills in this property but all was fine and met the service expectations I had for this location.

Very Friendly
Very Friendly and professional. The Hotel needs rooms with queen size beds.The double beds have matresses for one only. Breakfast supplied would be a great option. The greasy spoons around are ok for one day. The Hotel Restaurant is the best for evening meal. But the Breakfasts are too expansive for a family of 4 for several days.
