For the price its ok
As a Hotel worker myself, i must say for the price it was ok for a few nights in town, did not seem family friendly, room has a slightly unplesent smell, check in was plain and dry your last name sir, your room is to the right. i'm use to it so, but i really hope the improve on the little thing, smell of room and greeting at check in

their is a super wal-mart close by along with most of the fast food place, entertainment is some ways off, if you love the peace and quiet great place

Close to things
I stay at this hotel because it is close to the highway, golf coarses and Naples itself, where I have customers. The rooms are large and comfortable and there are a few restaurants near by. The hotel serves only breakfast.

convenient & comfortable
Family business. Clean comfortable. decor newer. bath sink was cracked & dirty in crack, remote needed batteries which was quickly taken care of. Overall everthing was okay.

cracker barrel is right there and a new drive thru just beyond that also walking distance had killer sandwiches.

Nice
It was and average hotel, clean and quiet. Perfect for resting. Breakfast was good, a couple of things were not working but it was a good experience anyway. Staff is great, very friendly. Distance from the beach is not too bad, like 10 minutes from Marco Island and Naples Pier. Restaurants close. Is a standard hotel room.

Perfect for the money!
Convenient to I-75 and allowed us to see Naples, Ft Myers, Sanibel, Captiva and Estero with relative ease. We had a great rate compliments of Orbitz and the price fit the accommodations. Breakfast was good, with make your own fresh waffles. Quiet and friendly staff.

Pretty Good, spacious
The room was big and clean, but the beds were small. I wouldn't say uncomfortable however.

nice place to stay a couple nights, not marriott, of course, but good, clean rooms, soap and shampoo, and clean towels, staff helpful, morning breakfast include coffee and one kind of sweet thing, not much of a choise of course, but fot $50 a night not bad

Comfort Inn in Naples
Nice place to stay, perfect location just off exit 101 on US-75. Quiet, no one bother you with anything, close to Walmart Supercenter, gas stations, some snack food places. Recomend to most folks. Wish breakfast have more choise though.

Good location for the transit traveler
Went out dining and shopping about 16 miles away. No fittness center at location and the pool was not part of the facility. This compares about average.

Spring Break March 2010
Bad: Due to my own lack of planning, I had trouble locating the facility. On a sunday night from 9:30 to 11:00PM, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone!!! Desk clerk was "chatting up" a friend when I arrived and blamed checkin volume which was not what he said when he hung up the phone("i gottta go and work"). Solid: After a bad start(above)Very friendly and helpfull staff, whether it was the front desk, maids or Tiki Bar. We will come back.

The BBQ restaurant(Rodeo BBQ) across Collier Blvd. is Cuban and the menu and staff are very nice. The live entertainment on Saturday night(7-8PM) was a nice touch. Dining 8-10 mile drive to 37xx Tamiami,(SWAN RIVER SEAFOOD). Seafood is great and the crab cake is to die for.
