Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel

The room was larger than average. The ceiling was very high & the room was spacious with plenty of drawer space & a closet. The bathroom was also roomy. The only negative thing was the hallway carpets needed to be replaced. Stayed for 5 nights, would stay again.

The hotels was great. Nice breakfast and pool. Exactly what you'd expect from a Best Western. My only complaint is the smell. They've clearly just air freshener to cover up smoke, but its bad. You get used to it, but every time you walk in, whew. They need to take an industrial level febreeze and just suck up the smell. Overall the room was a huge studio with kitchen and nice bathroom.

We stayed in a very spacious, nicely decorated comfortable handicap accessible room. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, and the thermostat responded when we changed it. The handicap accessible shower worked fine but was designed with slightly sloping floor & drains such that water ran over much of main floor of bathroom without draining out - took a long time to dry. Other downside was that the dorm-sized refrigerator was so loud coming on in the middle of the night that it woke us up - we unplugged it. Breakfast was plentiful & tasty.

Very good experience. Reasonable Continental Breakfast - very good coffee. Pillows a little too firm for us. We utilized the full kitchen. My wife and i would stay there again

We had a very big non-smoking room with a Kitchnett with a full size Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher and plates but no cookware. Close to shopping and withing 12 minutes drive to a beach. We enjoyed our stay at this well located hotel and will definately return soon during our return drive to Toronto, Canada.

The location of this hotel is great being close to the highway and not far from the ocean. The staff was on top of their game and very helpful. The breakfast was more than doughnuts and bagels,, the variety was surprising and the staff did an excellent job at keeping the area clean and stocked with food. The variety included: fresh fruit, eggs, cold cereal, hot cereal, bagels, waffles, coffee, milk etc... the room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were a little uncomfortable but they were replacing the beds and bedframes the week we were there. For the price, and location I would stay here again.

We stayed for 8 nights in March and were not disappointed. Our efficiency room on the 3rd floor included a full size fridge,stove & dishwasher with a microwave. Two queen beds were comfortable.Our room had no balcony, but was very quiet. The free breakfast buffet included waffles,bread for toasting, bagels,pastries, cereals,oatmeal, hard boiled eggs fresh fruit, 4 different juices, coffee & tea. Each day an additional entree was served such as eggs & sausage, biscuits & gravy or cheese omelets with salsa. Washer & dryers on 2nd floor,but no pots and pans in efficiency if you plan on cooking in room. The pool was clean with limited seating. Close to shopping and restaurants. BUT BEWARE of RED LIGHT CAMERAS. They are everywhere. Fines are $158

excellent acomadations, the staff was friendly and acomadating. most of our activities were on marco island, a bit of a drive but a great place to stay. and not a bad drive to marco island

Hotel accommodations were great. Location (off I-75) was great as well. We would use this hotel again. Great bargain.

We were very pleased with our 5 day stay. Staff was responsive, facility clean and facility well situated for easy access in the Naples area.
