Great location for the price
This place was pretty nice. The location is right near the highway and not far from the beach. I would definitely book here again. Not luxurious if you are looking for a romantic getaway, but nice hotel for just to get away from the cold weather in chicago and enjoy different beaches.

Decent Hotel
Had to move out of room after 1st night, because mattress was on a board, not box springs. Didn't sleep a wink that night because of the mattress being so hard on the board, and because of outside noise. Moved to box springs the next day and further away from road noise. Need entrance key on 2nd floor end of building.

Best Western - Naples
Nice rooms and nice people. Breakfast was real good and breakfast service was good. Pool area was real clean and the hotel was conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway
I rate this hotel much better than average. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was better than I expected. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable being on a wood platform. Would have been better on a box spring. Based on the directions provided, the location of the hotel was a bit of a challenge. Overall, my wife and I had a pleasant stay. I would dare say that I would not mind staying there again.

Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel
The price is right especially compared to its local competition. I agree with others that parts of the hotel are badly in need of updating- in particular, the hallway carpeting and perhaps room carpeting and furniture. But at half the price, you get a clean spacious room, a decent environment, and free breakfast. If you're looking for an overnight stop, this is a very good value. If you want to sit in your room for days while marveling at the quality of your surroundings, this isn't your place.

Three day stay .
Very accomadateing desk crew.Definetly will be staying there again. Only drawback were the pillows which were a little stiff.This was taken care of immediately at the desk with a differant one.
