Very Clean
The red roof inn in milton was clean, pool was nice, and the staff was friendly. Although there is not much around the hotel itself it is just a short drive to the mall, restaurants, beach, and other things. It was a good value for the money. I would have liked a mini-fridge though.

Do not take the toll road to the beach. Toll price was crazy.

Our stay at your hotel was well worth it we really enjoyed our stay. We really have no bad comments we were very pleased and would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. The room was very clean and the air-conditioner was very cold because as you know the weather there is extremely hot so it was very accommodating. So overall our stay was perfect no complains. Thank you

Quiet Getaway /w nearby adventure
The hotel reservation center booked the wrong accommodations, but the staff was friendly and responded with professionalism. The rooms were neat, clean and bug free. This property is new or still maintains the new appeal. Staff is very observant of smallest detail and even picks up the lot at the beginning of each day. Location is quiet for business traveler and restaurant on parking lot make the stay comfortable. Continental breakfast area is very clean and maintained throughout the breakfast time period. HI PRAISE to the staff and management!!!!

Good Value for the money
Rooms were clean, swimming pool, right off of 10 continental breakfast was small, coffee machine was great. Overall good value for the money

Clean, Very moist and damp-but that's Florida
Other than the high humidity level of the hotel (inside), everything was great. The desk clerk was pleasant, and things were clean. The beds are decent and the pillows are nice and fluffy. The coffee in the morning was good. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone/

The Waffle House next door is the most clean, friendliest staff, and best experience I've EVER had at a Waffle House.....

Decieved!!!!
Read the reviews & decided to book, but to my surprise was nothing like i had read about. Check in clerk [...] was not @ all friendly. The room wasn't that clean & the pool was really cold with rips in the screen. Actually the hotel was quiet, & not that bad, but the clerk made it uncomfortable from the start. My son's father came to the hotel later, to meet up with me, but didn't have a key, so someone let him in & she yelled at him How did you get in here" Talked to other guests as well who had same experiences that day with her. Will not be staying there again. Even my 9yr old son said she was snooty!
