- Guestrooms, creatively redefined by Paris-based designer India Mahdavi, whose minimalist furnishings provide maximum relaxation and comfort. Queen size bed, corner room with 2 walls of window, White Marble bathrooms with walk in showers and European Rain shower heads, Oversized baby blue pillows adorn each bed, complementing giant rugs in scarlet and baby blue, L-shaped couches could double as crash pads for last minute guests. Flowered cardinal red sexy lampshades that mix art deco with modern technology. Quirky touches include red beach balls perched on each bed. Amenities include Iron/Ironing board, safe, hair dryer, i-pod docking station, fridge, Flat screen TV's and Townhouse custom designed Amenities. Penthouse and Superior rooms offer bathrobes and slippers, Penthouses also come with terraces with Ocean and City views. Non Smoking Room.

clean and simple
I stayed at this hotel for one night with family, it was very clean and simple design. Staff was plesant, however, they were slow in attending to our needs with valet parking and request for clean towels. Very comfortable room, will definitely stay here again!

Great location, squeaky beds
Townhouse was perfectly located for everything Miami that we wanted to do. We did have a rental car so we were able to get to LIttle Havana and Miami proper easliy. The rooms were very clean and pretty comfortable, the beds were very squeaky however and we were able to hear our upstairs neighbors climb in and out of their bed.

Good basic hotel for the price.
Not a high end hotel like those nearby, so don't expect a pool or luxery rooms. It's a good place to stay if you're on a budget and don't need anything too fancy. It's well priced for the area but not a dive like many other cheap hotels in SoBe. Pros: -Great location 1/2 block from the beach and close to all the action. -Very clean -Helpfull staff. Cons: -Noise from nighclubs on Collins Ave. (may be better in a room away from Collins). -TV did not work very well. -Rooftop bar was not open (although you could still use the patio for lounging).

Girlfriend gateaway
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breaksfast included. The only thing was the bed was hard, poor lighting in room and bathroom, no swimming pool.

They should just sell the rooms tithe shore club
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are fine and were clean, but pretty much all of them face a wall or an alley. We saw no one other than desk manager and maids the entire time which is ok, except don't expect any concierge services or anyone to help you with bags up their many steps, with no wheelchair access we noticed to get around the many stairs you need to climb to enter the hotel's lobby. It's a last resort hotel when you want to be in a good area and have no other options.

ordinary but convenient to go to beach
It is 50m from beach. so it is very convenient. the staff are warm-hearted. Amenities is ordinary and simple, the price is high compare to the amenities.

Great Location
Clean but sparce.Great location near Lincoln Rd., action and the beach. Nice helpful staff. Got a little noisy at 5am as some party moved to the street but this may be a unique situation. Would recommend
