Manhattan polish at this hotel in the center of South Beach
This beach front oasis infuses scene, food and fashion into the heart of South Beach. The people-watching cannot be helped -- whether guests are unwinding in the cabanas at Rooftop Pool, or enjoying specialty cocktails and rib steak at slick steakhouse STK. Even the private spaces 340 guest rooms feel like magazine shoots. The rooms have balconies overlooking the city, bay or Atlantic Ocean.

Would never go back! TERRIBLE service & hotel NEEDS maintenance!!!
The hotel has very bad service and the hotel needs maintenance ASAP (the room windows are extremely dirty). I couldn't sleep most nights because other rooms had their music blasting and apparently the hotel allows it. The people walking around the hotel were a bit trashy. The only thing I liked about The Perry were the spacious rooms (Room 549), the location and the fact the STK restaurant was inside the hotel building as well as Big Drop NYC store. If I could go back in time, I would definitely pay a little more and stay at the W Hotel (right next to The Perry). When I went to visit, I realized that it was exactly what I was looking for. Money doesn't buy class.

Girl's weekend
the staff was very friendly. One of my friends forgot her shoes in the car and one of the staff members got her shoes for her from her car. Room was very clean & very spacious. I would definitely stay here again! Rooftop pool is amazing as well. I highly recommend this place.

spring break
I went there with 2 of my friends for spring break. Rooms are huge and very clean. Its right next to the beach. There are 2 pool areas which is great. Although we had great time It is too expensive for what it gives.. I was staying at a room with an "ocean view" however i had to look right from my window to see it..

look good, not really
It really looked good when I first check-in, it have a nice top-bar and swimming pool, and just near the beach. However, the staff was not so good, one day they forgot to give us ice and didn't clear bath well, another day clearners left the TV control under the quilt which took us a long time to find it. The beach is good but it isn't suitable for swimming, which too much rock.
