The design is minimalist with some modern accents. Each room features a 32 inch flat screen TV, an alarm clock, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone with free local calling, free wireless high-speed Internet access, iron and ironing board, microwave, mini refrigerator, hotplate, toaster, coffee maker, plates and kitchen utensils, art deco bathrooms with tub and shower and daily housekeeping service.
The hotel has Wi-Fi throughout the building and phone calls are complimentary. Valet parking is available and 24 hour check in. There is a cafe, a cigar shop and a business center/internet cafe on the ground floor.
Minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. $100.00 Security Deposit Required at check in time.

Decent price for the area
I went here with a bunch of friends. The rooms were OK with all furnishing with cheap Ikea stuff. The sheets and comforters looked clean but very used. There were few small roaches we killed, but no other creatures found. Noise level was good for most part, except when the trash collection truck came in early morning, forcing us awake. The best part is the location, very close to all the restaurants on Ocean Dr , and the night clubs on Washington Ave.

Nice place
Good location in walking distance to clubs, the beach, restaurants on the strip, etc. Hotel was nice and clean, modern decor. Well worth it. Worst part about the stay was that the hotel didnt have an ice machine inside, but there is a restaurant right next door...

The huge drinks on the strip cost $30, so dont be in surprise when you get your bill!

Great value!
Stayed overnight before a cruise. Great room, spacious with nice kitchenette section and comfortable bed, along with dining table, flatscreen tv and walk in closet. Only downside was that the tub was a little weathered, not dirty at all, but poor appearance. Compared to other boutique hotels the room was much larger and would be excellent to stay in for multiple days. 2 minute walk to beach and right in the heart of south beach. Staff is helpful as well.

Good location for the price
Great location, staff was very friendly, hotel was clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable! The only thing that kept me from rating this a 4 was the bathtub (could stand to be updated). Overall, would stay there again for an inexpensive getaway.

The Clevelandar is two blocks and is a fun time, Mansion is around the corner, Spiga and Nexxt Cafe are walking distance and good. There is a breakfast place and a 24 hour store attached to the hotel.

Florida Experience
a place for a young traveller
This place is pretty clean and in a nice location with very nice staffs. It is designed for young travellers without a car. (although the valet parking was only $20). The place is somewhat like a upscaled hostel. But most hotels in miami beach is like that.. So it's loud!!! I woke up many times due to door snap noise and I could even hear the phone vibration from the next room!!!

ocean reef miami
cruised the beach, did occean dr., lincon st.,a restraunt called the dinier is a must. ask the tour people what to do they are honest or fair,go a couple of blocks away from ocean dr. to buy groceries or booze it's cheaper, people watched, rented a car to go to the keys it's worth it. loved miami and area can't wait to go back it's like taking a sip of coffee and not finishing, there is so much to do

A Must Stay
Hotel was great price and location. There was no pool or laundry facility but the beach & laundry mat was close by. There was a 24 hour store and restaurant right next door. Hotel was clean and cool. Staff was very friendly. Check in/out very smooth. Hotel location matched our needs perferctly because we were there to enjoy the beach, shop and party. Only complaint I have is that the toilet made a little noise for about 10 minutes after you flushed and the TV was in the sitting room not the bedroom. (but no big deal)

Nice place but...
Nice place. We went for the beach, not to spend our time in the room, so you understand my angle on my comments. The room was nice but there was some lack of attention to the little details, missing towels, dishes but no dishcloth, etc. Did not appreciate unknown [*] (thanks to a previous couple). Excellent location, 1 block from the beach and Washington Ave (stores, restaurants, and nightlife). The service was excellent at the front desk, but that was the only contact we had with staff. Do not take a room near the main door opposite the front desk, the door slams and makes noise, especially late in the night with people coming back from the nightlife.

Prices are negotiable, more than they tend to let on. If you shot around, you will find that the stores tend to repeat themselves and bargains can be had. Stores on Lincoln road tend to be 150% higher than on Washington, but they also have higher quality stuff.
