Suites on South Beach 2 thumbs up!!!
My second time on South Beach and by far the better experience. I loved the gated entrance with security code access. Great location. clean and stylish rooms with kitchettes. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful

Pleased Miami Beach Traveler
Superior Customer Service
Pros: spacious rooms, excellent customer service (they were very helpful and friendly), the location is excellent - close to the beach & the shopping/night-life. A great value. Cons: The rooms could have been a little cleaner. The view is nothing to write home about. Overall: A very positive experience.

Short walk from hotel
There is a little Italian cafe on Washington Ave. - Mattarello. Wonderful, fresh pastries. Great coffee. A hang-out for locals and a nice spot to pick up an inexpensive but high quality breakfast or lunch.

Honest Review of Suites on South Beach
This hotel could use some sprucing up. Floors were very dirty, some hair left on floor in bath (from previous guest), outside of fridge and microwave not clean. It's a good size room, with decent accommodations, but lacks a certain warmth. The kitchenette is nice, but there is no stove, so it's really no more useful than a room offering a fridge and microwave. Check-in was friendly and efficient, all staff were very helpful. This hotel is located on a very busy street and can get very noisy. A loud leaf blower was heard at 8 am promptly every morning we were there. Overall, a good value, but not sure we'd stay there again.

The 11th Street Diner is a short walk south, and offers an incredible breakfast! Skip Jerry's Famous Deli and head here instead.
