The first of its kind in Miami Beach offering a Non-Smoking environment, smoking is permitted outdoors only. $300 + tax penalty is charged per night, when smoking in the room.

Dismal room; good location
Room is bare bones, but clean; otherwise room was fine and quiet. Location is very good to beach. After staying at a very nice hotel in Key West, this hotel was a distinct comedonw, but also much less than hotel in Key West. We parked in public lot one block from hotel

Great location
Loved my stay at the south beach plaza! the location was awesome and perfect ..just around the corner from the beach and ocean drive. The rooms were very cute, simple.. and had what u needed

Two Day Getaway
This hotel has a great location in the Art Deco area of South Beach. Friendly staff, good service. The one thing I didn't realize was the parking situation in this area, but the hotel handles it very good with thier valet parking. But because of the location of the hotel I didn't need my car while I was there.

awesome way to beach
All the stuff offer service with professional and customer-oriented behavior. Always cleaned and well-organized room and other service. Indeed, the special service gives customer convenient and happiness.

Very Pleased overall
I'M VERY SATIFIED OF MY 3 NIGHTS STAY A THIS HOTEL, IT'S CLOSE TO EVERYTHING I NEEDED, STAFF WAS VERY HELPFULL, VERY, I'D RECOMMENDED ANY TIME.

Very basic hotel
The only good thing about this hotel is the location, other than that you get very little out of your money. The hotel is super basic and the service is the same. They do not clean the rooms until 4pm. There is not even a cup in the room to drink water. The room is also quite small.

Very nice hotel
Our stay here was very nice. we really enjoyed the complimentary wine in the evenings. and the $20 happy hour. the room was very clean, the staff was very helpful. The location is very good, only a block away from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

miami beach getaway
Perfect location!
This hotel is in great location to the beach (just one block!) and great location to a public garage. The room was good for what we need it (sleep and shower) and the people in the entrance where very nice. We arrived earlier than check in time and our room was ready and they let us check in no problem. They offer free breakfast and glass of wine in the afternoon.. what else can I ask! They required a $50 deposit for a one night stay which we gave cash when we check in and from that amount they charge the hotel fee ($12 I think) and gave the rest at check out. Overall a great experience and would recommend to everyone.

a block west from the hotel their is a small sandwich place that look like nothing special but the sandwiches, food and smoothies are delicious
