Hotel's property is a "Three Year Recipient of the Chairman's Award for Quality". Hotel is a fully non-smoking hotel and offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. Great Location!
At first we got put in a "cabana" down by the pool which was rather disgusting. However, we got moved to a room inside which was very nice. The location is fabulous, can't get much better. I was also very pleased with the staff's willingness to accomodate. Definitely recommend for the price.

Incredibly gross and unsafe
I read the bad reviews, and figured it was a bunch of nit-pickers. Wrong. Where to start...the beds didn't have sheets, the door didn't close all the way, the walls had holes in them, there was mud on the bathroom floor when we got there and there was hair on the towels, 3 different foreign men came to the door asking if we had any drugs, etc etc. The hotel would not give us our money back even after we told them how unsafe we felt. Instead, they offered their security guard to walk us to our room. I'm not hard to please, just give me a clean room that I feel safe in.

Flooded room
the floor was flooded, the room was a mess and stank. I had a room by the pool - it was terrible, this place needs a makeover asap.

Broke College Student
You get what you pay for
Being a broke college student this is exactly what I expected it to be. For one night it was 110 for a 2 bed, 1 bath and a balcony. There is no hotel parking lot so you must make sure to find a spot in the adjacent lot and pay the 1.75 an hour meter. I would recommend this for people who are NOT high maintenance. The hallaway appears straight out of a horror movie, and the ceiling look a bit dirty but overall worked out fine. If you are just looking for a cheap getaway, which is almost impossible in Miami, this is your hotel to choose.

You get what you pay for.....
Friendly staff. They change sheets every day. Great location, right on to the beach and walking distance to dining and shopping. Rooms are a little stuffy. The towels doesn't smell clean. Only one floor has an ice machine.

Everything you need!
Of course it is not the Ritz or W hotel, but if your on vacation, looking to have the best time of your life, this is a great spot to stay! the rooms are good, they get cleaned everyday, but the best part of this hotel is the staff, they are the best!! We were sad to leave.

Great Hotel
I don't know why everyone complains about this hotel. The price was very cheap and the rooms were cleaned every day. It was not dirty. The pool was awesome. The best part is the staff was very cool and let us do whatever we wanted. I would stay here again for sure. If you want a luxury hotel go pay $400 a night. If you want a wicked hotel that rocks stay here.
