The Sanctuary was recommended as hip cool place to stay on South Beach. My experience was terrible for the following reasons:
1. No maid service for 3 days
2. No coffee cups
3. Broken coffee maker
4. Disgusting old bath towels
5. Roof leaked
during a rain storm into my room
The 4 star rating for this place is completely fraudulent. This is a tired, horrible on par with one star.

The Hotel Stay that did not happen.
My experience at this hotel is non existant. Whe I arrived at the hotel about nine in the evening I was told I had no reservation and they had no rooms at all. I tried to follow up with customer service and 2 hours later I was still without a room
and caceled and found another on my own and did not get into my hotel room till midnight. Even though I had a confirmation number It did not matter. I have never experienced this before. What can you do for me?
