Horrible Hotel

After checking in, found room to be not clean and damp odour all across room. Seemed like bathroom were not at all cleaned since last occupants left. Felt more comfortable to be outside the room than inside. Only plus is the location, near to everything (beach, ocean drive, collins ave, lincoln mall etc). Coming on to the free breakfast, timing was 7am - 11am. We reached around 9:30am and found nothing there (no bowls, no plates, no food) except some juice, few waffles and maple syrup. When asked the guys there, they said they have run out of food and delivery for additional has been struck somewhere. Secondly, park the car in parking lot right opposite the hotel with least fuel in car. My car had full tank and next morning i saw almost half tank full. I just wanted to get out of that place, so didn't even bothered to confront for some $30, after spending so much on hotel which was total waste.....

The Sanctuary Disappoints

The Sanctuary was recommended as hip cool place to stay on South Beach. My experience was terrible for the following reasons: 1. No maid service for 3 days 2. No coffee cups 3. Broken coffee maker 4. Disgusting old bath towels 5. Roof leaked during a rain storm into my room The 4 star rating for this place is completely fraudulent. This is a tired, horrible on par with one star.

The Hotel Stay that did not happen.

My experience at this hotel is non existant. Whe I arrived at the hotel about nine in the evening I was told I had no reservation and they had no rooms at all. I tried to follow up with customer service and 2 hours later I was still without a room and caceled and found another on my own and did not get into my hotel room till midnight. Even though I had a confirmation number It did not matter. I have never experienced this before. What can you do for me?

So-so

This hotel is not hotel, and not 4-star , maximum 3-star level. Anytime only one or two staff and response was slow. Air conditioner is noisy and dosen't work well. And so noisy construction was carried throughout day time. Location is very good, but that all.
