Thanks I took a printout of my reservation because I was not on their reservation list. I think the staff is too pushy and takes the luggage out your hands for no other reason then to get a tip

The Greatest Hotel in Miami
The staff is incredible, the food is delicious, the breakfast rates speciales are just that, special and fantastic. The rooms are large and only 2 or 3 rooms to a floor. The poolside is gorgeous and the beach area is well maintained. The spa staff is great too. I love this hotel. It is my favorite.
