weekend get away
I thought the hotel was pretty good, nothing special considering the price. I stayed in a "studio suite" with two double beds. I did not think the room was very big. I thought the decore was a little weird, like an Asian Alice in Wonderland Theme. Overall 3.5 stars.

Excellent hotel and even better staff
Amazing second visit here. Hofefully if the price is right I will stay here every year. The hotel is clean and the staff couldn't be any friendlier. The location may not be to everyone's liking being a 15 minute walk from the beach but we love being away from the hustle and bustle. Plus the walk to burn off the breakfast in the sun and wake you up can only kickstart the day perfectly.

Room smelled; bed small
Our room was directly adjacent to the fitness center and elevators on the 3rd floor. The AC vent in the bathroom was dripping onto the toilet, and the room smelled of dampness. The bed was extremely small for such a spacious space. Heard guests returning to their rooms all night long, so any sleep at night was nearly impossible.

low-key but fun
We usually stay at the standrd but wanted to try something new for this trip - this was a great choice. An easy walk to shopping, this property has a wonderful pool area and HUGE rooms - twice the size of a normal room. The only downside was the difficulty in getting a chair by the pool - you have to get there early on a Saturday or Sunday.

Mondrian South Beach
5 Stars all the way. Great Pool area and service. Gorgeous spacious rooms, and great location away from all hustle and bustle of the ocean but just a short walk from it.

Had a king suite massive and very chic , curtains a little dirty and charging for in room wifi on top of 400 dollars is silly , mini bar over priced but now the good stuff - amazing bed massive shower, big balcony , huge tv, luxury products , fluffy robes Ways to improve - rooms with tubs, slippers with robes , free wifi Staff , reception , but frosty at first then super efficient and warm, room service, housekeeping had to call down twice and didn't seem very bothered Now the high light , the porters/car people - 5 star service , blew my mind how helpful they were , they made me feel like a VIP - thank you

Great experience
The staff was friendly and energetic . Anything we asked for we got. The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was that there was no cookware to use the stove

Great experience
We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was very good with a wonderful view of downtown Miami(the sunset view was very good). Valet and drinks are expensive.Close to south beach, shopping/dining on Washington ave/Lincoln Rd.
