Lords South Beach at Nash

Very good location. That why you have to pay parking fee $27 per night. One block from beach. Not include breakfast. But very good price

I really enjoyed my staff mainly because of the staff. They are so engaging, helpful and resourceful! Especially a guy named Jemel :) Location is perfect! One block away from the Ocean Drive craziness, but right in the middle of EVERYTHING!!! Right in the heart of SoBe.

The staff were great and extremely helpful. The room very nicely decorated but the air-condition was very loud and you couldn't open the windows. The biggest positive was the staff and the biggest negative was the hidden charges when checking out i.e. a charge for using towels and internet. When booking this was never mentioned apart from the taxes and also when we checked in they never said the wifi and towels would have been charged extra. We ended up paying around 12.5 dollars extra per day for towels and wifi!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Lords South Beach. The location was excellent and in close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The front desk staff was very welcoming and gave us great tips on what to do and where to go. Jorge and Tyrone(?, forgive the possible name slip) definitely added to our enjoyment of our stay!

The location of the Hotel was perfect, a block away from Ocean Drive. Close enough, that it wasn't a hastle to get to the "strip," and still be a part of the scene. But far away that the noise and the people wasn't a problem. The hotel itself is very cute, and their pool/jacuzzi area is also very charming. The staff was so accommodating and full of information, they were so helpful.

the Customer service we received was the best everyone was friendly however the ROOM was too small and the AC did not work we had to call the front desk 4 times bc it was toooo HOT and if you call after 2am that phone was not answered ..... its close to all the night clubs , beach , and resturants over all we had a good time however would not stay their again

The hotel was fun and relaxing with a great location. I know it is rated four stars, but I think this is over-selling it. The rooms are clean and decent but not particularly well appointed and the furniture and fixtures are not what I would call 4 star. That said, I had a fun and pleasant stay and the staff was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it as a great place to pass a weekend in Miami Beach. And the all you can eat brunch on Sundays is among the best in South Beach.

I stayed at Lords for four nights. My overall experience was good. I received what I paid for, which is completely fine with me. Good Things About the Hotel: -CHA CHA ROOSTER Restaurant (Customer Service at the restaurant was great). Mainly because it was run by these Russian/French women who were extremely friendly and hospitable. -Reasonably priced breakfast - good food -1 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and clubs - Pool -Good Customer Service at times, especially from Aaron at the front desk (I think during the time my brother and I went, it worked in our favor because seems like they were working on their customer service skills, so we were happy with it). Things They Can Improve on: - I was a bit skeptical about the AC situation as everyone else was pointing it out. So let me enlighten you once more that the A/Cs AT NIGHT do not work. I did not sleep well all four nights. They keep turning the A/C on & off many times at night. If they can work on improving this, they will have more guests. - Also, I called plenty of times to request the A/C to be turned on and they said they would but they did not. -We were not allowed to drink near the pool with drinks we bought from outside, while others were?

We have stayed here several times and always had a blast. The staff is awesome and friendly. The location is amazing. One block from the beach and walking distance to the clubs. My partner and I always recommend this hotel.
