- The room is painted in a calming lilac tone with brushed steel accents, blond wood flooring and has either 2 double beds or queen bed. Also features, cable TV/VCR, CD player and CD library, phone with voicemail, in-room safe, hair dryer and iron/board. Enjoy newly installed 30 inch flat screen tv's with separate DVD console in every room.

Incredible hotel for girls gataway trip!
The hotel has such a convenient location that it is close to everything-shopping, restaurants, beach, night clubs-what else do girls need on their getaway trip from work, family and kids? The rooms are modest but very clean, quiet... Staff is friendly, very helpful. It feels safe and comfortable at the hotel. Definitely will stay there again and you recommend to do the same!

Miami Getaway
Had a great experience at the Kent. Simple hotel, but nice a clean. It was in a great location close to the beach and all the nightclubs. If you are looking for a nice place to stay for a good value, this is it!

everyone as to visit jungle island, its 15mins away from the hotel and you can catch a bus for $2

Needs That Special Something
hello from montreal qc. tripp was one night first one of the 2 rooms was not ready when we arrive at 2 pm.then we have to paid the parking $15.00,then we have to live erlay in the morning 5 am,,,we have to take the car to tilden and the guy at the parking lot was not theres we waite about 1/2 for him we already mist are plane because of him...the price is o.k $85.00 night but no FREE coffee in the room,no FREE breakfest,no cart for luggeges,,,2 /10

I thought the hotel was good the room was good size bed was awesome. A.c worked great. Minin frig came in handy. Only problem I had was at 1 am the fire alarm went on for aat 30 mins and no one knew how to shut it off . Also they made u put a $20 desposet for beach towels.was alil upset about that.

Great location
Close to ocean drive where you can find restaurants and bars. Nightlife is only 2 mins walk from there.Beach is 3 mins walk. Washington Ave is close, too. Cheaper restaurants, diners, bars. Lincoln Ave Mall 10 mins walk. Actually you can easily reach anything on south beach by walking. But there's a bus, south beach local (SBL) that costs 25 cents and goes around the island.

KENT HOTEL WAS A VERY CLEAN HOTEL W/ FRIENDLY STAFF. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING SO NEED TO RENT A CAR. NOT REALLY A FAMILY HOTEL, MORE FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE WHO COMES TO PARTY AT SOUTH BEACH.

The Kent made the trip amazing!
The hotel was wonderful! The housekeeping was always available, when we wished to have service! The front desk staff was helpful and very friendly! Especially [...]! He made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip!
