Haddon Hall Hotel South Beach

This is the first time in this hotel and we so happy for the atemtion, the roon end evreting.

I read some bad reviews on the net, but I don't think they stayed at the same Haddon Hall in the same SoBe as us. The desk clerk was crashed out at the desk when I walked in trying to check in early, but hey- it was like 9am and very quiet and he was nice enough to suggest we try back in an hour or so for early check in. We did so and checked in early- 1pm instead of 3. The room was well worth what we payed and we were surprised to have such a pleasant experience after the reviews we read. Worth my money and I recommend it.

Haddon Hall was very convient to everything. The rooms were nice but small. I did like that the room had a refrigator but did not need the kitchen. I liked the pool area, the fact that it had vending machines and a coffee machine. And an internet cafe area.

Haddon Hall was in my price range and the location is great, a block and a half from the beach. People watching from their front porch is fun. Parking is not convienant or easy if you have a car, but if staying just in SoBe then it doesn't matter. The room was adequete, the linens and pillows made you think a second before laying down. Great place for those who just need a place to shower and crash for a few hours then go.

I chose these hotel because I was in several times. very near from all.

Price was nice for a nigth in SBM as is very walking distance to everything from Linconl Road, Delanos to Larios Restaurant and beaches!!! Thanks

The staff was very cold to me. When I had problems with the wirless service they could not get me a refund. the room was clean but needed updating badly. good location by the beach.

All was ok . You can walk to nite club and dinning.

The location was great. A bit loud at night, but for the most part great place for the price.

I was very wary to book this hotel after reading the review. I would try to stay somewhere else before I booked here again. However the price was right. The hotel staff, an older woman, especially could barely say hello, though offered answers to all questions. The rooms, are carpeted and feel a bit dirty. There was old cigarette containers under my bed. My room smelled like curry, and thus all my clothing smelled like curry after a few days. I think a family had stayed and cooked in the room, My room did have a coffee pot!! a big window that I could see the sky and the ocean in the distance (through some trees), My room was quiet though the second night I stayed a couple came home at 4am and the woman yelled at the poor guy till 6 am... that only happened one night and it was very quiet afterwards. THe television was broken, the water pressure poor, internet at the hotel was expensive and the city wide "free" wifi is terrible. The pool was nice enough, I had a good swim. Its an odd place, I would stay if I couldnt find a better deal.... considering the 600 dollar a room night hotel across the street Haddon Hall is a good LOW budget option.
