The charming and pristinely preserved art deco design of this cozy boutique hotel is just one of the many reasons vacationers choose to stay at the Greenview Hotel. White upholstery, mod furnishings, and wrought-iron railings create a soothing contrast to the 24-hour party scene that characterizes much of South Beach.
Guest rooms in this European-style Bed and Breakfast hotel are simple, yet modern, and feature a desk, chair, flat screen tv, and a large shower. In keeping with its classic, boutique style, rooms are immaculately styled with the elegance of another era wooden floors and sleek furnishings.
This 1939 Hohauser hotel was completely renovated in 1994 by Parisian designer Chanan Minassian and the rooms were renovated again in 2010. It is close to all the South Beach night life but yet still secluded enough to give you a great night's sleep in the oasis-style comfort of this warm and wonderful hotel.
A Resort Fee of $7.50 per room per night includes Deluxe Continental Breakfast, Internet Connection, Use of Beach Towels and Free Local Calls. Minimum age for check-in is 21 years old.

Hotel staff was friendly. My room was close to the street. Nice little view. Modern shower. My room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Best feature, is the prime location. Right off Lincoln rd near the mall, beach, and clubs.

Great location
Hotel is fine, great location. Wouldn't classify as a boutique hotel to european standards and having to pay additional "resort" fee on top of room rate is a bit annoying. Had issues issues with valet parking, time taken and one stage even thought they had lost our car.... Would recommend and stay again but with caveats - if rate is right and don't arrive by car

Amazing Hotel!
Great hotel, great staff !! Very clean hotel, staff is amazing, complementary breakfast is good to start the day. Need renovate bathroom, other than that, no complains, i'll be back!!

Worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!
Where do I start???? Room was gross and dirty, asked for an extra sheet for the bed and the receptionist barley spoke English and told me they didn't have any. We also asked for some ice and they told us to go buy it at the Cvs store down the street.Then very loud traffic noise and people yelling in the hallways and slamming doors all night only to be woke up by a loud outdoor concert at 7 in the morning that felt like it was in our room. The room we were put in was smaller than a shoebox. This type of hotel gives a bad name to small hotels.

Good location, bu........
The hotel location is very close by the Miami Convention center and Lincoln Avenue. However, the room accommodation may need some improvements. Even though it looks very trendy on the display, it reminds me of living in a dorm. In addition please don't expect too much from continental breakfast.

Quick stay in south beach
The room itself was bright, pretty and comfortable. However, I had tons of bugs in the bathroom and it was raining inside the elevator. I wouldnt stay there again but for someone needing a quick night stay, it wouldnt ne awful.

The only thing that I can evaluate very good is the location of this hotel,it was walking distance to the Convention Center. The bathroom was in bad conditions. The door key didn't want to open. In the hall to much noise in the night. I do not recommend this Hotel.

Cute little hotel
Room was clean & very nice! However it and the bathroom were smaller than more modern hotels. Easy hike to the beach and Licoln square,and just far enough from all the activity on Ocean drive! The only things I would change about the hotel is no ice or vending machines, lack of parking to wait on valet. The hamburgers at 5 Napkins in Lincoln square are incredible though!

Great hotel
It was a great stay. The hotel was clean and organized. The only problem is that they don't have a parking lot near by, and because of the location it's hard to find a parking spot near the hotel. They have valet parking. But thry take 20 to get and deliver the car (you still have to park somewhere until thy arrive) Over all it was nice to stay here

Great location,perfect for young couples
It was much more then I expected, clean room, very helpful personel, free internet in room, fine breakfast. We stayed only 3 days. The beach is a 5 min walk, CVS and Wallgreens are 3 min walk, Lincoln road shopping mall is just accros the street.
