Grand Beach Hotel

paid 300+ for an ocean front. not actually worth it. location is far from south beach. many staff do not speak english. lost something there from the luggage storage room, never got it back.

Nice big rooms but they need more staff to help out by front desk, And gym room a lot of the exercise equipment need repairs.

My sister and i stayed at the Grand Beach hotel for 4 days in January and we loved it. The hotel is so beautiful and our view was great. We stayed on the 20th floor and saw both the beach and the bay from our balcony. Our only complaint was that there arent many restaurants or stores walking distance from the hotel but we did fine without them. We ate at La Cote in Fontainbleau one night which was a few minutes away and ordered room service inside the hotel a couple of times as well which was tasty.

This is the second time when I stay at GBH and it was a great experience. I even got the same room:) which was very nice. I really like this place! The hotel is not too big, not too small; is not too far from South Beach; the service is great; the beach is nice. I will go back for sure.

Really nice well designed modern rooms with a comfortable bed .Mostly good standards throughout except gym which was well equipped but not maintained properly. We appreciated the ' free' Wifi.This is not a pretentious hotel but it offers good value if the location suits you. We did not eat there so can't comment on the food other than the coffee bar where Kevin was outstanding!

My husband and I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recomend it to others. The occupancy rate seemed to be at capacity throughout our 7 day stay, so the few niggles and annoyances mainly with valet staff getting our car out can be attributed to a full hotel and limited staff. The bellman services were slow also for the same reason. We had problems with our GPS and the very helpful IT man Sebastian took nearly an hour of his time to help us resolve it. We loved the hotel, and found staff and services very pesonal which is always nice when one is on holiday.

We arrived early after departing a cruise ship. The counter staff and bellhops were extremly friendly and helpful. They took care of our baggage and we were able to enjoy fabulous Miami Beach that was just a few steps away beyond the very impressive ground floor outdoor pool area. After a few hours lounging on the beach we were able to check in early and get a great lunch on the outdoor patio. We then hung out on the seventh floor outdoor adult pool area enjoying a few cocktails. The room itself was very spacious clean and comfortable. The morning before checkout we had room service breakfast on our outdoor balcony! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.. Thx!

The hotel was all that I had hoped it would be for me and my family. The only downside was the meal at Chez Gaston. While the food was great, the service was incredibly slow taking away from our beach and pool time. Regardless, I would stay again - just not dining at the restaurant.

I'm so glad we stayed here for the following reasons: very relaxing, not very crowded, adult only pool was an asset. The rooms very clean and quiet. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lakefront.

When first trying to check in I found out on that day that a $75 per day charge would be held on my card which I wasn't told about before hand. After taking two hrs to check in because that amount was not in my budget I discovered that the room was actually very nice. I went down stairs for dinner which was terrible. I asked for a Caesar salad and got a salad with ranch dressing. When I complained about it the manager brought more dressing which she said the chef stated was ranch which was actually blue cheese. The valet service sucks also. They were driving the cars entirely too fast we had to ask them to slow down in our car.
