If you going there, but want to party or hang out on south beach, yu might want to Rent a Car.. & I like north beach better b/c it was very few people.

Overpriced
Blankets on the beds were very STINKY! That's a big con to me, since we just needed a place to stay overnight. Location is good and staff is friendly, but I will choose another hotel next time, even if it's more expensive.

Close to the beach located hotel, friendly staff, small, clean and nice rooms. Sportsbar right besides to the hotel having good breakfast. Trip organisation can be arranged by staff

Busstation not far away, the ride costs 2 dollars, easy to get to South Beach and Downtown Miami

Excellent getaway spot.
The location was awesome staff friendly, room clean. Over all our stay was awesome it was in a good location very friendly staff walking distance to shops and restaurants just around the corner. You are like in the middle of everything staying at this hotel not to far from south beach, nor to far from haulover beach and adventura mall was close. Very easy to get to bayside or the downtown area. I would stay here again lied the place.

Basic room with great location
I was very pleased with my stay. Room was not the biggest, especially bathroom (closet was bigger), but we had all we needed. This place is more about good location. I would stay here again. P.S. Michael at front desk is was great.

Gorgeous View lousey hotel
This hotel is old and run down, linens look like they came from the Goodwill store, they had holes and something that looked like paint on them. The view was great however and the staff was courteous. I was a little worried because the police stayed in the area, I guess this could be good or bad. Area restaurants were great. Would not stay here again, very over priced for the quality of the room.

Good beach view hotel
Hotel was clean and has a good view to the beach, Walkable to beach and hence was nice to stay. They charged additional resort fee of 8.95$ which was not intially intimated when we booked it online.

Miami Christmas
My wife wanted to walk along the beach, and I wanted to swim, and we both got what we wanted, affordably. The music at the adjoining bar blared, and the servers, though beautiful, seemed only possibly interested in serving, serving up mainly their youthful good looks, as it were. Miami customs, perhaps. Still, the sea and the other sights of this town are too wonderful not to revisit.

Latin (Cuban?) restaurant on same block on Collins Ave. Nice freshly made coffee and tropical fruit drinks, and generous breakfast special.
