Great Boutique Property

One should know that rooms in the middle of South Beach at boutique properties tend to be small. Once you accept this limitation, we felt the Clevelander staff from the valet staff to front door to front desk to bellmen and maids were fantastic. We enjoyed a bit to eat and the food was terrific - not gourmet, but that is not what they profess to be. The bar staff were also very engaging and fun For singles looking for a place to stay that offers value and is clean and all of the above with plenty of action - this is the place to go!!!!

Party hotel..

It's a great place if you want to party 27/7 but if you want to get a goodnights sleep you should book somewhere else. The music blasts all day till 3am on weekdays and till 5 am on the weekends. Great hotel for college kids. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just a different one.

Party more, sleep less

This was the place to be during Superbowl 44. That is, as long as you love to drink, dance and party. I'm from New Orleans so I can appreciate a good party, and this was one of the best in Miami. They give you earplugs with the room. There were about 5,000 people dancing and drunk within 200 feet of my room, raving until 5am. I had to rent a room at LaQuinta to get some sleep. Just make sure you dont need to sleep too much before renting a room here.

Great all round hotel

All round a very clean and nice hotel. Room was really cool, bright and lcd tv. Nice bathroom. This hotel is situated in the prime location on Ocean drive, south beach. Literally cannot get a more prominent location on the beach. However the pool is small and it is noisy up until 2am weekdays and even later on weekends. The roof terrace is really nice to sunbathe on. The bar is really cool. If you like night life this is a bit of a party hotel with a really nice bar and atmosphere. Very friendly staff but valet parking costs $29 a day. Food was not great and breakfast not included. All round would definitely recomment this place!!

Not worth it!

The hotel was ok. The rooms are small but pretty. The staff is kinda helpful, well the ones who speak english anyway. Just an FYI the hotel charges a $100 deposit PER NIGHT to stay. I recieved false information about this and didnt find out until I was there! The bar and pool area outside is nice, but they do party ALL night!! Also the information concerning small refrigeraters and breakfast i recieved were false. All in all for every good thing there was a bad one.

The hotel is located on a long strip full of different resturants. Just beware, the resturant are a little pricy on Oceans, so if you dont plan on going off the strip, SAVE UP!!!

LOUD until 5am every night...not cool!!!

the location is great and it stops there. the rooms are filled with loud music from the pool area until 5am nightly. they are more concerned with the foot traffic customers than the people paying to stay at their hotel. we had to go up to the roof deck for beach towels on a daily basis becuase the front desk was ALWAYS out! make sure you get a few extra sets of regular towels from the front desk because the shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. speaking of the bathroom, the sliding doors are see through so you have NO privacy. the walls are paper thin and you can hear people whisper in the hallways. make sure you check your bill at check-out because we were almost charged for someone's tab in the same hotel room number but with a sister property. on a positive side note, one of us left our camera in the room and house keeping turned it in.

Lots of Fun!!

This hotel is perfect for friends who just want to have a good time. There is always music playing at the pool (until about 5AM, so if you want to sleep, buy some earplugs!) and a party every night. The staff was awesome and took their jobs very seriously. Be sure to have your ID accessible because you need it to get into the hotel after 10PM at night (since it's a big party, they need to keep under-age people out). Happy hour was also a must. Their rum runners were so good!!! Beware that the hotel room is a bit small, but it's the same with every hotel in south beach. It was still very clean and comfortable, though. What we liked the most was the hotel's location. It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and extremely close to the beach. I miss Miami already!

Emeril's Restaurant on 16th and Collins in the Lowe's Hotel is a MUST! His food is excellent. As well, Grillfish located on 14th and Collins is awesome if you're looking for some good seafood and excellent drinks.

Nice place for a good price

The rooms were rather tiny, but we were hardly in there. However, it was rather difficult getting ready at night because there was no space. Other than that, it is a really good location, and most of the staff was really friendly.
