Boulevard Hotel Ocean Drive

The second we got there no room keys,the guy at the front desk had to open our door walked a mile in front of us and couldn't hold open any doors or help with bags. The room door looked like it got broken into.. the room was dirty.. Nothing like the pics online, and old. Phone inside room didn't work. Attitude was given when I went downstairs to ask for ice. Only reason we stayed was bc there was no where else to stay on the beach bc everything was booked for the holidays. Never again will I stay here.definitely not worth paying $120.00 for. 1 night in a crummy hotel.

the website i booked through is a horrible website, they are horrible advocates and their hotel choices on their site are just as horrible as they are. I didnt even stay in this hotel and still disputing to get my money back from them. The hotel gave the website a totally different story to the website and wont refund my money. This hotel had dirty linen, dead bugs all over the bed, and cockroaches on the floor in the hallways to the hotel. Horrible business for both this hotel and the website. Never again will i book any services through them

All I have to say is... Don't stay there. I'm surprised the Health Department doesn't shut it down. There were roaches everywhere. Im surprised people eat at the restaurant downstairs...The sea Cafe. I highly recommend finding another hotel.

If your not afraid of a cockroaches in the gall every once incapacitated while, old carpet, small rooms, and maybe a mouse the will come and visit....then this is the place for you. It's best to use it for sleeping only. Not for being awake. I went to the walgreens and purchased an airfreshner so that I cab get rid of the old smell. I parked the entire time I was in Miami, so the room didn't bother me. Its true what they say "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". Very good location. Across the street is the beach.

I love the location I do feel that they should give the rooms a full evaluation and upgrade around beds and tubs :)

The Hotel staff was Great. The Hotel was not the fanciest I ever stayed but it was perfectly located and I couldn't ask for anything more. The price and the location was just what I was looking for. A staff member was always there to help you out with any questions you may have had.

This place ruined my first experience in South Beach. I would rather sleep with homeless people because less cockroaches will crawl on you. We had two cockroaches crawl in our bed during the night. The staff put us in a room with no air conditioning and was right next to the dumpster. The hotel smelt like sewage. I was afraid to walk on the floor without shoes on. The sheets and comforters look like they are from 1930's. Good thing I brought my own blanket because I tore the comforter off along with the blanket, then put my blanket down and slept on that. I hated life and would not recommend my worst enemy to stay there. Run, run, run , run, run....dont stay here!!! Pay the extra $20 a night and sleep somewhere else.

If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. However, if you are looking to stay in the most famous part of the South Beach strip, you have found yourself a great deal. Keep in mind, all you are getting is a very basic room with a bed and clean shees, TV, safe in a closet and bathroom with clean towels. Nonetheless, this property has a very good seafood restaurant in front of the hotel which gives you 20% discount on meals (not alcohol). You also get a basic breakfast included with your reservation at Johnny Rockets (2 doors down). I wouldn't trade the location and the deal for anything in the world.

the location was great but the hotel inside was very small, old and worn out. Definitely would have like something a little more up to date.

Smelled horrible, understaffed.. Didnt even receieve the appropriate room i requested..Horrible!! Location only plus!
