Hotel amenities include 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, concierge, WIFI, Valet parking ($20 per day), dry cleaning/laundry, copy/fax service and Jacuzzi.
A $7.50 resort fee is payable at time of check out to the hotel and includes Deluxe Continental Breakfast, Free Internet Connection, Free use of Beach Towels and Free local Calls.
A credit card is required to check-in. The hotel requires a $100.00 deposit for incidentals regardless of the length of stay.
The rooms are designed and decorated in a minimalist fashion; polished concrete floors with hardwood accents, cotton area rugs and eclectic furniture.

Better than we expected
We wanted an inexpensive hotel as a base for a short "get acquainted" visit to Miami Beach. Both the Aqua Hotel and Miami Beach surprised us. Both were more interesting and less American than we expected. For starters, the hotel is only steps from one of the Airport Flyer (a public express bus from the airport to Miami Beach with a $2.30 fare) bus stops. It is on the beach side of Collins Ave with easy access to the boardwalk. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plenty to keep us going until lunch. The guests were a lively mix of ages and nationalities. Friendly and unpretentious is what we look for in a hotel and we found it in spades at the Aqua. Don't stay here, if you want to be pampered; but, if you are looking for good value and a bit of local color, you'd be hard pressed to make a better choice

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!
This property should be condemned. From the outside it looks like a nice little boutique hotel, however, that is not the case at all! The rooms are NOT air-conditioned and they are old with an updated wood floor. There were blood stains on the curtains, and the shower was not working well. We heard so much noise outside it was better if we just stood awake and partied. Don"t stay whatever you do.

Fogo de Chao was a great brazilian all you can eat place for $49 each. Food was delicious, salad bar was fantastic, and the service was great!!!

Location is best!
This hotel is great for the location. It is pretty close to the beach and you can walk to almost anywhere around crazy South Beach! The room was ok, but we only wanted it to sleep and shower. If you are in Miami beach, you want to be outside and enjoying the beach and the clubs and the people watching. This place has a cool breakfast and young atmosphere. We liked it...

Don't read the brochure. This hotel is a dive, steer clear. I wouldn't send my Worst enemy to this place. Huge mistake.

Very nice stay
my wife and I had enjoyed our stay here at the Aqua, I got one of the newly renovated room, with new flooring, and a nice flat screen tv. Room was clean and you get fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was really good and included.(resort fee) I had no complains whatsoever.
