The complex is a gated resort community with lavishly appointed studio suites. the bathroom, kitchen, lighting, closets...all ... world class. the only negative for me would be that most of the staff is Cuban and I don't speak spanish. there were some minor communication issues. This is a new property and the staff is working out a few logistical kinks, however most everbody is in very good humor.

Good hotel for family travel, bussiness, near of the airport. I travel to Miami with my family, The hotel is new and the ... rooms are big with full kitchen and very clean. If you travel to Miami in hight season this hotel have very good prices.

located in close proximity to the Doral Country Club. Perfectly situated to access the Downtown Miami area. Easily got around ... the resort and the view from the room was fantastic.

The room was excellent, the location was great, close to the airport, close to the highways and right next to a golf course. ... The staff was very hit or miss. Some were very knowledgeable and friendly and others were inconsiderate and did not know how to answer my questions. One male housekeeper blocked me in with his golf cart and I couldn't leave my parking space. When he came out I asked if he was leaving so I could pull my car out and he said yes, but continued to take his time and not move the cart. FINALLY, his supervisor came out and told him to move the cart so I could pull out of my parking space, which he finally did but only very slowly.

A great place to stay if you are a golfing family. The golf villa was HUGE! Plenty of space for everyone. It was also very ... luxurious and impeccably clean. Everyone was very nice, courteous and professional. Service at the Doral Country Club was also outstanding. Very impressed by the whole stay! Would most certainly recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

My husband and I stayed at "The Blue" for two nights. Came in ahead of our cruise. We wanted to see a little of Miami before ... cruising. The location is great for travelers. Close to the airport. Close to shopping. Close to the interstates. Centrally located. The hotel was fabulous. The service was excellent. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Was like a home away from home. Nice and quiet. Has a living, dining and kitchen area. HUGE CLEAN BATHROOMS. That's always a plus for me. The staff were nice and friendly and very helpful. Booking through Orbitz excluded the free breakfast. Breakfast was very expensive for two ($41.00) I would stay again. It was truly a grand place for the price. I've paid more at motel/hotels that didn't compare to "The Blue". i was looking for a nice room at a great price and this hotel was incredible. the waitstaff was very friendly and ... accommodating. the room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and the price was perfect. this has become my favorite hotel for my Miami trips by far.

Great accomodations, stylish and in perfect shape, well done! Luxury details found only in much more pricy resorts in my ... experience. Everything you need including fridge, MW oven, dish washing machine, etc. in case you don´t want to leave the room. Grocery stores nearby. Location is definetely not a strong point if you are looking for vacations packed with activities, proximity to key locations or being near the ocean. Make sure you rent a car, there is nothing within walking distance. Some problems finding out my reservation at front desk (probably not because of them) but very friendly staff resolved it right away. Try to get a room on the 2nd floor for nicer views of the golf course and to avoid party animals (it was my case but nothing really serious). I usually stay at Mandarin Oriental but I am ready to book my next stays in Miami at the blue.

OMG - Fabulous!

We stayed in an Art Deco hotel on South Beach for our first two nights in Miami before our cruise. Wish we had booked The ... Blue for all 3 nights! It was gorgeous. The cost was the same per night and it was so superior it was stupid. My grown children were with me, along with their significant other and another friend. We all just gasped when we walked into our rooms. Next trip to Miami (and we all loved it there and are going again and again) we will all stay at The Blue. Recommending it to everyone I know in Canada who is going on a cruise with Miami as their jump off spot!

When in Miami, you have to go to Sawgrass and shop the outlet mall. It was incredible and is not very far from The Blue when driving on the beautiful freeways. Don't forget your GPS!!
