Great Trip
Great December getaway for 4 nights. The hotel was in a great location - you could walk to many night spots, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and stores. The amenities at the hotel were great. Nice restaurants and bars. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was recommended by a dear fried and it proved to be very good. The only problem I encounter was the inability of the hotel operator to place an international collect call.

Great Location
Just got back from Miami and stayed here for the first time. Some of the rooms do not have the best view as any other hotel. Location was PERFECT!! Everything was walkiing distance and the outside area at night was great for relaxing. The rooms itself were nothing really fancy, i could hear everything happening next door. The guy Will that checked us in was EXTREMELY helpful in making sure we were takin care of, for the price it was not bad!

Wonderful Service
The Shore club provided outstanding customer service and even a free room upgrade once we checked in and told them it was our honeymoon. Great pools, nice beach, beautiful hotel! Close to Ocean blvd and Lincoln street.

glad we didn't pay full price
We booked a king superior room, ended up with a queen, called down to front desk to correct it, changed rooms,...Only to be put into another queen room.. Decided it wasnt worth hassling with...My time is important...Housekeeping service was inconsistent. . Beach attendants, where fabulous, front desk was good. Room was small, but clean. Spa was limited. Restaurants average.

Great for couples
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. The staff was nice and the pool area was as well. They take care of you at the beach and we had an amazing Oceanside view from our terrace. Location was good, maybe it could of been a little closer to everything but still good. We would stay here again.
