Great for overnight layover, free shuttle and ok breakfast, don't listen to negative reviews

I had a standard single queen room on the first floor. The shuttle came to get me within 5 minutes of me calling. The bed was super comfy, no bedbugs! and no roaches either! Nice shower, marble floors, and plenty of towels. The tv was nice but viewing quality a bit blurry. Staff was helpful. Super near the airport but far from the beach and other major areas, so don't book this hotel without a rental car or mode of transportation!

Pros: next to airport, free shuttle, cheap cons: Old hotel, No elevator for upper rooms, not a vacation in miami hotel unless you are a student back packer type.

this hotel is great if youre needing a place to crash close to airport and stuck between nowhere to stay during flights. the free breakfast is great and the coffee great - and the lift to and from airport is a big reason i stayed at airport. the room is clean, sheets clean and it has all those basics you need - BUT NO kettle or cups in room is very disappointing, but on the whole at least there is wireless for free and the room is clean and thats a big plus!! the staff werent exactly friendly - a little short - but there is a language barrier - i am british and dont speak spanish and their english wasnt good! the cleaning staff were friendly.

Enroute to Quito, Ecuador & this was an adequate place to stay, each way.

This hotel is close to the airport, offers a free shuttle and breakfast, and was much cleaner than expected.

The shuttle service is great for a quick overnight at the airport - highly recommend for anyone who has an overnight at Miami airport - the only big drawback is their is nothin near the hotel... Maybe if they could offer a shuttle into the city center a couple times a day it would give them a head above their rivals

It is an OLD motel. It was ok in the clean department. But all the floors everywhere are tile, no carpet anywhere. So noisy to say the least, you hear every door open, everyone going down the hall or talking. It made for a noisy nights sleep. It is not a 3 star, I would say barely a 2 star. The plus was the shuttle to the airport ran about every 20 minutes.

I booked the hotel because I had an overnight layover in Miami and needed an easy place to sleep for a few hours. The shuttle came quickly, and the front desk staff was nice enough, but the hotel itself needs lots of love. The stench of old cigarette smoke was the first thing that hit me walking in to the lobby, and the room was not much better (even though I got a non-smoking room). The linens had hair on it that was not mine, and I was actually afraid to put my luggage on any of the furniture in the room because it looked so dusty and old. There were cracks in the wall and the closet contained a horrendously old microwave on the floor and lots of mold. Perhaps the worst, however, was the paper thin walls - not a great combination with tiled floor. I could hear every footstep in the hall, as well as every word of the conversation in the room next to mine. Normally I'm a very heavy sleeper, so in reading previously reviews that noise was a problem, I wasn't too concerned. I wish now that I had paid more attention - it was awful. Although the shuttle makes going to and from the airport easy, this hotel is just not worth it.
